Afterwords they told me insurance didn't let them. Price gap was $80 between OEM and CAPA. Bumper has gaps and paint is full of trash. They said that will call me and polish, but haven't after 3 weeks as agreed. Bumper wasn't clipped in the middle with metal brackets and I had to fix myself. I would not recommend anyone to go unless you want to save few hundreds on the deductible. Sweat talkers. Poor execution. I'm afraid it will hade in a few years with that prep work. Got rear-ended and needed to repair my BMW's bumper. My sister was visiting and got quotes for me from a couple of different shops- honestly, Relux wasn't the cheapest, but its professionalism won my sister over. I am glad my sister wasn't wrong. The at-fault party's insurance company was terrible to communicate with, but shout out to Jacob at Relux, who was great throughout and took over communication with the insurance company. Jacob updated me throughout the process, and I never had to call to get an update, which was refreshing. The repair turned out great- the bumper looks like brand new. They even took care of small scratches that weren't part of the accident because they were polishing anyway, and did me a favor. All in all, very impressed. A few years ago while my F450 was parked in a Home Depot parking lot, someone backed into it, crushing the entire right quarter panel, breaking the tail, light and denting in the dually fiberglass fender. It's a special model with unusual black sparkly paint and I had been told it would be hard to match and after a couple years I just got used to it but my mom suggested I go to the place that fixed her Lexus.
