It was a quick turnaround, ready for pickup the same day. We prepaid for the part and expected to pay for labor at pickup. Instead we were surprised to be handed a check for $200. Turns out that we had paid for the wrong part and what we needed was actually cheaper. They had every opportunity to pocket the difference but instead they did the right thing and earned a returning customer. This level of integrity is rare. Highly recommend. read more

I had a great experience at Trino's Auto Body after shopping around for a shop to repair a dent in the front door of my new Platinum Toyota Highlander, which required a complete door replacement. Alex was very responsive throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the work quickly and with great care, including matching Wind Chill Pearl, which is a difficult color to match. A work truck reversed into my Honda Civic and left damage on my hood, front bumper, and broke my windshield wipers. When I picked up my car, the front bumper and my hood looked brand new! They even washed my car, cleaned the interior, and buffed out my headlights (which I've been meaning to do). They were transparent and easy to work with. This was my first time having to take my car to an auto repair shop and dealing with car insurance so they did an amazing job keeping it simple. Trino's Auto Body was absolutely amazing. I took my mom's car in the get the paint redone in multiple places due to poor OEM paint quality. Not only did they take care of all of my concerns, they went above and beyond to fix all the damages they found on the car including dents and scratches. Throughout the whole process they said they would not paint over damaged panels and they were true to their word and fixed everything even when it was not on the quote and did not charge me extra. Trino's Auto Body treated me and my mom's car like family and did an exceptional job. I found Trino's on yelp after I had a fender scrape. Trinos offered a reasonable estimate which beat another estimate I had received from one of those chain collision centers. Alex at Trino's gave me an estimate and asked me to come by so he could take a look. He took on the job and gave me a short turnaround time. His team did keep my truck an extra day or two to finish up but it was well worth it. My vehicle came back looking like brand new. Even detailed the inside. I thought the Trino's team did a great job and the paint perfectly matched the original finish.. Alex was straight forward and professional, Karina was giving me constant updates and super friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs some body work and paint done. 3 Vehicles Repaired Perfectly! After reading the great reviews on yelp, I decided to give Trino's a try and spoke with Jonathan to repair my first vehicle, a Toyota Yaris. My 2008 Yaris was in an accident where the other vehicle ripped my front bumper along with damaging the left side of the vehicle. I gave my husband a year to try and fix it himself to no avail and decided to get professional help after a year of sitting in my garage. Trino not only got my Yaris up and running, did it in record time, and was extremely affordable! After the success of my Yaris, I decided to have Trino fix a scratch on my front and side walls of my 2023 Toyota Sequoia Capstone which he also did expeditiously and affordably. First of all, everyone here is so nice. Alex gave me an initial quote and told me what they might find and what to expect. After some further damage that I was warned could be under the doors was found, Jonathan called to let me know and sent detailed photos of the damage that couldn't be seen initially. I had extensive damage on one side of my outback, with both doors unusable and structural damage on the panel in between them. The work they did was unreal. I could not recommend this shop more. I was hit in a car accident a couple of months ago and tried to go the non insurance route with the person that hit me. Trinos helped negotiate a price with the person, and was very thorough with their reasoning behind prices and was 100% transparent and accurate with timelines. Things got sour between me and the other party, so I got insurance involved. Throughout the ENTIRE time, the communication was impeccable, I knew what was happening and the progress of my car almost daily. I was told that there were some parts that couldn't be fixed, but to my surprise, they bought an entire new front bumper for me and did not charge me for it! I couldn't recommend this place enough. On top of that, he explained the process to my wife in Spanish as well.
