Breakfast was good had all the basics. Room is nice, the soaps in bathroom smell really good. Microwave and mini fridge in room as well as safe next to bed. I don't have pets but there is a little dog area fenced in for your pet. For my stay if I had a con (not even a real con) it would be how hard the door closes. But guess what you know it's closed for sure There are Tesla chargers they are slow but Faster than the other type chargers in town especially seeing as there are no Tesla chargers in town. Closest is Henrietta about 20 minutes out they have super chargers. My second night the chargers did not work. They said they would put in work order. Got up next morning to use and regular cars were parked in charging spots so that super sucked. Couldn't even charge. Walking down hallway to elevator LOTS off dogs barking in rooms. But i was a ways down. So I was good. I will stay here again.

I left with that entire positive image of Best Western as a whole in shambles. I walk in and walk up to the front desk guy who seemed high on something. He very rudely informed me that the elevator was broken, and, better yet, my room was on the top floor. So, my entire family had to haul all of our luggage up the stairs, which are extremely tight to the point that anytime we would be going up and someone else would come down or vice versa, one of us would have to completely turn around and backtrack so the other could get through. The room wasn't much better. Heck, it was worse. I was already in a bad mood from the trek to even get to the freakin' expensive room, so my view on this establishment became even worse when I found hair in the shower. My first thought was, "That is not my hair color", and my second thought was, "Why the **** did I choose to stay here?!" My night was already ruined. I'm so happy that the roar of the cars on the highway, which the hotel is right next to, made me stay up, lying in bed, for so much longer than I should have. Hey, at least I got more time to think about what a bad decision I made staying here. The next morning, I had to bring everything back down the stairs, stopping multiple times to wait for people to come up. The whole ordeal was absolutely miserable. The reviews on this place are bad, and I'm here to confirm that everything the one star reviews say is 100% true. Be warned to never stay here unless you want to waste your money, be extremely uncomfortable, and have a strong desire to never stay at a Best Western again.

When asked about the breakfast advertised, he assured us there would be biscuits and gravy, pastries, cold cereal, and juices. In the morning - all they had was bad coffee. Nothing else. The young man in the office said they had a problem with a delivery. There were appliances there like a big multi-cereal dispenser, but no present breakfast. The second bit of low credibility was when we were looking for the ice machine and he indicated there had been an electrical problem the previous night and the machine was not currently working --but considering Sara C's review pic from Feb 2025 -"Out of Order. Across the Street Ice Machine Working" -I wonder if this is a continuous problem rather than a glitch from the night before. There were a few other problems: * The deadbolt was inoperable. The door seemed warped out of alignment and no amount of pushing or wrestling the door up or down allowed the dead bolt to engage. (We were tired, it was late, and we didn't feel like demanding a new room so we piled luggage next to the door as an alarm.) * The swimming pool was partially filled with brownish-green stagnant water. I remember the pool being out of service on a previous stay here, but don't remember if it was in this sad shape both of our previous visits. * One of the lights by the bed was burned out or otherwise nonfunctioning. The "Hotel" is situated conveniently on the highway we were traveling on, but we will look elsewhere if and when we are driving through Vernon again.
