Absolutely terrible experience at Comanche Red River Hotel & Casino. I've been coming here on and off for 6+ years and it's consistently disappointing. In the past the staff made the organization but lately it is easily one of the most run down and trashiest casinos in Oklahoma ... even compared to gas station casinos. Most of the employees are disinterested and mentally absent across the board. This causes the remaining OG staff to suffer and pull an extra load. For example ... You'll be spending money at the tables on a Friday night with friends and everyone still has to get up and walk to the bar for a drink because of the staff. The place is beyond filthy. Trash, cups, and vouchers are all over the floor. On a Friday night ... There are also crumbs or mud in the carpet in the front gaming floor and this is paired with a strong smoke smell. Although this does not include everyone vaping everywhere in the other side of the casino floor. Not to mention the random chairs scattered around. Also to re state a prior post that has not been addressed. The chips are still completely worn out, especially the 5s, 25s and 100s. Building a new pool doesn't fix any of this. The whole place feels like a money grab without even trying to make it a good experience. Advice ---- cut off people who are clearly too drunk, but don't mess with people who aren't. Getting cut off while sober and focusing on my game has happened to me more than a handful of times over the years on the tables. Each time I was never close to intoxication and also had a room at the facility. My Brother Tyler Decker is the Chief of Police in Fredonia Kansas and my Fionce's father is a Lieutenant for the Johnson county sheriffs department in Cleburne Tx. I believe my family and I understand what it means to be intoxicated. Please at least try to make it fun when taking people's hard earned money. No disrespect to the Comanche Tribe, just the casino. Also... why are there so many officers / security present here now? Something seems completely off here and it's not just me ... Please go to any other casino but this one! read more

Just an absolute rip off joint slot machines never pay off and if you do get a pay, it's about 1/10 of your bet. I made a 99% of the people go in here and lose their shirts. Just stay out of here cause all you're gonna do is lose every cent. read more

Things seemed to have changed since some of the earlier reviews... all for the better. We loved our stay. Thank you Brooke at the front desk! Believe me Brooke is the person to see with your questions. She always has a big smile. Thank you for your help If it wasn't for the kitchen this would definitely be a 5 star rating. WE WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THIS HOTEL/ CASINO AGAIN! The extra drive was well worth avoiding a much larger casino (farther to the east) for customer service, atmosphere and no over crowding. The service was extremely attentive and polite. The room was very clean as well was the lobby. Yes you could smell smoke outside the smoking area but not more than several feet. You can't expect too much better based on the size. I'm sure it will be addressed upon expansion. I will also admit that they definitely have issues with their kitchen but what company doesn't have staffing issues for the past two pandemic years? I was assured that this too is being addressed. They took all my information and said they would call when it was fixed and I could pick up my money the next day. Well they called and said no bonus was awarded. This was a max bet, so I told them no way ask for a supervisor to call. Same person called and said supervisor said said nothing can be done. Terrible experience playing at Comanche Red River Hotel & "Casino". First - This is by far the most run down and trashiest excuse for an establishment I have ever stepped foot in. From the dealers to the clientele. Employees seem untrained and disinterested. Second - Did I mention the clientele? Full of drunks and high schoolers. As a competitive player, I do enjoy playing for fun, however, the only thing I got from Comanche Red River Hotel & Casino was a headache. Third - This establishment is beyond filthy. Crumbs all over carpet and the tables. Chips are so worn you are unable to make out what they even say. Advice - Cut off customers who are clearly intoxicated past a certain level. Check IDs at the door. People in there are clearly underage. Focus on attaining a certain etiquette that you are clearly lacking. Reasons for 4 Star & Not 5 Star: 1.) AC in room only went on 5 times throughout the day. It was very warm at night. We couldn't turn it on. 2.) Had a $40 voucher for dinner and our meal was $19 manager and staff did not offer us other food or drinks items to fulfill the other $21. 3.) Our server saw our table only twice and didn't offer drink refills. We won a free nights stay & dinner at a silent auction being held by the Ft. Sill Patriot Spouses Club. This place is pretty nice. The hotel & casino staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was clean and smelled really good. The pillows and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom set up was open and clean. Sadly. We experienced bed bugs. We went in Feb of '23 and out of two rooms we were bitten in both and actually found and killed a bed bug in one room and turned it in to the mgmt. They said they would immediately shut down and treat both rooms. read more

Omg,BED BUGS!! I stayed for the very first and last time at this. Last night on 8/25/2022!! It was the worst experience ever. My aunt was down stairs playing in the casino!! I went on up to the room to bed. I fell asleep. I was sleeping good. But I was awakened at approximately 2am with my aunt yelling about being bit!! As I saw the 5 or more bites that welted all over her left arm, I was traumatized!! I jumped up and we immediately began to look in the bed for the bloodsucking culprit!! Then boom there was a blood filled brown tick looking bug crawling in the white sheets!! I was so stunned that this nice 5 star hotel had BED BUGS!! As we continued to search in fear for more, here comes another one , we killed it and I was so grossed out I called the front desk and explained the situation. Thankfully they didn't question it and gave us another room. But I felt like since bugs crawl and possibly get into vents that no matter what, there were BED BUGS!! I dozed off in fear!! If I can make a strong suggestion dont let them give you room 224!! Better yet they need to shut down the place to make sure this doesn't happen again!! read more

Cons: Check in process-slow, no cups or Kcup coffee in room, entire hotel out, RR grill-less menu, higher prices, slow to order and sloooower to pick up, only 2 employees, the restaurant-lacking in service, floor atmosphere-not same, machines changed out,...past experience SO much better. If you like to be grossed out, go to this nasty, dirty, filthy casino. I don't have a high "gross" factor, but this place triggered it big time. It's under major renovation so maybe it will get better, but I doubt I'll ever go back. The slots were tighter than...well, use your imagination. I used a particular religion's virgin daughter but thought that might offend some. :| Suffice it to say, I didn't win. I don't expect to win but since we hit close to 700 at the other casino on the penny slots, I did expect to see my machine hit a few times before my $20 was gone. Seriously, I played a penny machine with a $20 and it hit winning lines 5 times. Ouch. The food here was seriously nasty. The regular grill was under renovation so the employee grill had been opened up. The lady at the cash register was super nice, but I have never seen a public eating place so filthy. It's a casino. From the moment you open the door you are taken back by the cigarette smoke in the air. The lighting inside reminds me of something from the 80s and the restaurant I noticed inside looks more like a hot dog stand. The place is dirty...chairs have cigarette burns in them and I seen ash trays dumped on the floor. This is a great place for bar fly's that want to gamble. read more

It wasn't as bad as the other reviews I read. My biggest complaint about the casino was the players club cards not working, 90% of the time they wouldn't even register in the machines. I stopped inserting it after awhile because I got tired of constantly trying to get the machine to read it. Other than that everything was great. There were the few down falls i.e.: the slow draining bathroom sink, no breakfast order door hanger for our second morning, but that was the worst of it. The staff was all great and very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy. And our room service breakfast on the first morning was really good. My husband and I enjoyed our weekend get away celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary here and plan on visiting again in the future. read more

Friendly staff. Room was clean and well stocked. Very nice room with all the comforts needed. In some places I've been woke up by other guest talking in the hallways. Didn't have that problem here. Everything is well lite and rooms are secure. Even had a safe to keep your winnings or valuables if needed. I definitely recommend a stay here. read more

The casino and bar staff are amazing the restaurant has good food for a very reasonable price! The restaurant staff is nonexistent the food has always been good but the servers are mediocre at best and the manager is either overwhelmed or just plain terrible! We tried going last night and asked for 1 of the few high top tables which were all empty and we were told it would be around 30 minutes even though the restaurant was basically empty maybe 4 tables were occupied I thought the manager was kidding. We've been there multiple times in the past and Cameron was an amazing server he was definitely the best part of the restaurant. Not too long ago we were seated and orders taken and apparently the server got off so we just sat there forever and another server realized we were sitting forever and she was very apologetic and tried to make it right but the terrible manager was not on board and the prices are good so I really didn't care but it's like slow motion the food is good but the service and manager suck! Had a free nights stay. Check in at 3pm had a long wait. Several other customers were told their rooms weren't cleaned yet. I was fortunate and able to check in to my room. The rooms were nice. Big bets, little bets - it doesn't matter; these machines do not pay out. The one machine that I did get a bonus on locked up somehow on the "rules" screen. We stayed two nights at the Comanche Red River earlier in October 2014 and I have to say it is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many over the years. Every thing was fresh and clean and beautiful. The food was great. I can't speak for the other reviews as we didn't gamble but the rest of the hotel was wonderful. Can't wait to return. I recently stayed at this Red River Casino, and was mortified about my stay! The check in staff was wonderful. Later that evening 9 other guests that booked at this location with me decided to go to dinner. We were very rudely turned away. We were told our party was too large. So we suggested that we can sit at individual tables. The Hostess told us no, meanwhile other parties of 4 or 5 were getting sat. We talked to the hotel management nothing was resolved they suggested we go to the feedlot restaurant down the street. I couldn't believe the awful service given to us.
