Pues me dicen en la tienda que no pueden hacer nada por mi en pocas palabras y que llame al servicio al cliente. En ese momento me moleste y alze la voz. Porque luego de mas de 14 días esperando "soluciones" la cual nunca llegan, cualquiera se cansa. Pues inmediatamente el manager que me atendía Roger me dijo: conmigo no, conmigo no haces papelazos y llamo a seguridad. Hermano, si a usted no le gusta trabajar en servicios al cliente y tratar de dialogar con una persona molesta, renuncie a su trabajo. I had been a Comcast customer for well over a decade... not by choice really. Cable companies seem to purposefully ensure there is little competition. In the areas I lived in Miami it was them or AT&T. Pretty much what I have learned is that all Cable companies are terrible in one form or another. They make you jump through hoops to get anything done, they never admit responsibility for errors, they treat the customer like junk and have no empathy or pity. Is it any wonder that a popular video game series, Assassins Creed once had a part of the game which took aim at how dehumanizing cable companies treat their customer and additionally how much data they gather on them... taking special aim at Comcast by calling the cable company doing all this "comstatic". I have had many issues with Comcast: bad service, bad installations, bad repairs, I have spent so many hours having arguments with customer service agents... many times where they hang up or refuse to pass you along to their managers. My most recent argument happened as I was moving out to Ohio from Miami. I needed to end my service because I got a new job. I wanted to transfer my service because honestly I know Comcast is bad but they really are all bad. They told me they don't do business in the area I am moving to. So I ended service. I told them to end my service on the 10th. And I was told to mail my equipment thru UPS. I mailed out my stuff a day earlier on the 9th. Well I was then surprised to get a bill for most of the month of January from Comcast as well as a fee for early termination... hundreds of dollars! What! I call, they wanted to charge me the amount because they didn't get the equipment until the 16th. That's not my problem, I ended my service earlier. I finally after multiple calls and dropped called finally got them to take off until the 10th. I could not get them to end the early termination fee. I was told it was part of the terms of the contract I signed. I argued that they broke the contract not me, I wanted to continue they just don't have service in my area. I told them they were penalizing me because they don't want to give me service. I was told some joke of a line saying... "sir we are not penalizing you". Yeah... termination of a contract fee is a penalty. No matter how much I argued... nothing. I told them I was very insulted. I had been a customer for over a decade and they didn't care. I told them they were treating me like those people who constantly switch services to take advantage of companies. I then told them what I thought about their company in colorful language and then asked them how I can pay for this stupid bill. Then another long period of time occurred where the billing department didn't know how to tally what I owed and how I could pay them. Smh! Hours! Hours! To get this resolved! Ridiculous! Comcast does have better hardware/technology than other companies, I will give them that. But their customer service is customer disservice! I would love nothing more than for the government to come in and regulate them as a utility... either that or start investigating why there is such little competition. read more

the few times I have been to the actual office, it has been a very good experience and customer service. However, I have just called a few time to the #800 number and have spoken to people in the Caribbean and the Phillipines. I want to speak with someone within the U.S. and preferably here in Miami and it is impossible. I was told "there is no way for me to transfer your call". this type of service is terrible. I hope this information makes it to the Upper "C" level people in order to fix this issue. I'm sure I am not the only individual who experiences this problem. I have to admit when I was told I needed to come into Comcast to turn in a cable box, I wasn't thrilled. I pictured myself not finding parking having to wait over an hour in a stuffy waiting area. . .gladly to say I was completely wrong. I was surprised to find that I was the only customer when I walked in. Alberto took care of me right away, and gave me a great experience. He actually inspired this review. He went out of his way to help me save over $20 per month. Doesn't seem like much, but he didn't need to go out of his way to explain all that he did. I was paying for extra packages that consisted of channels my main package already had. Thank you Alberto, I learned something new today. I was a client with Xfinity for 10 years. I recieved a bogus tech charge of $70. Their resolution was to crdit me $35. Why would I recieve a $35 credit when what they are stealing from me is $70. She was so condensing, and rude refuse to give a supervisor, after asking for her name and her location, she ask why, was I going to come over and complained, she said good luck, an hung up one... Since there is no real Customer Service at Comcast, they really don't know the meaning of the word. For the past two years, I have been having issues with Comcast. Network Connection comes and goes. And when it goes, it goes for days at a time. When I call to have a technician come out, the problem is fixed for about a day to two and then it goes back to being intermittent. When I ask to get the problems escalated to get help, many times the supervisors conveniently drop the calls after I've been on hold for upwards of 40 minutes. Technicians come and technicians go and most say that I will receive a call to schedule an appt for another technician to work outside. No one ever comes to fix the problem. This company is to inconsiderate to its customers and not to mention the fact that the many agents that I have spoken with consistently try to speak over you and don't let you get a word in. Very trained in the corporate no-fault apology, we are sorry for this inconvenience...but no one fixes anything. Sadly, I am stuck with them since in the community in which I live, there is no other service provider. There should be an option here for no stars but there only way to post is by selecting a star. With this company I don't want any more contacts, they said that they would solve the problem when I called Comcast cause my Internet situation all they do is give me tongue like blablabla. Comcast sent me a technician to my house and the Guy Just Stay standing in the living room talking on the phone with his friend because he didn't know anything about his job. He just say that he didn't know know my situation and dropped that he was not put on the record sheet that he passed through our house so we wouldn't be charged for the visit and tip him, he was waiting for tip. Can you believe that? We didn't give him a tip because he just came to look at my living room,Not even checked the cables. That's awful. Comcast used to be much better when I started probably 5-6 years ago. But starting middle of last year, I had really bad internet service since September. Its been 5 months now and the internet is not getting any better. One day we have it, next day we don't, even on the same day it comes and goes intermittenly. It is driving us insane and most of all I work from home which makes it even ridiculous. I have chosen the best speed that they have and have been paying a lot of money but now I think it's such a waste. I do not recommend Comcast for internet at all. I even changed modem, router bought brand new ones, did everything that could possibly make it better but no use. Comcast is ripping off money with such a bad internet service. I usually find people who give the lowest possible score to a company to be annoying and suspicious ... probably just competition trying to steal customers away from a business. But the fact is that I'm giving Comcast 1 star only because there's no way to give it zero stars. They have been a total nightmare. We've been trying to get our cable/internet/phone service since March, and FIVE MONTHS LATER, they STILL haven't done a single thing right, and we STILL don't have service to the cottage in the back. They even accidentally changed our phone number, which we have had for almost 20 years, and they couldn't correct the error for almost 3 weeks. It's a lucky thing we were able to get our number back and it wasn't assigned to someone else. The problems we've had with them are so numerous that I really can't get into all of it. It's been practically a part-time job dealing with them. Orders not placed when they were supposed to, orders placed and then mysteriously cancelled by their system, appointments missed over and over again, equipment not being sent, techs coming out and not doing the work they were supposed to for one reason or another, conflicting messages being given by different agents ... the list goes on and on and on and on and on ... you get the idea. The only reason we've even bothered continuing to try to make this happen is because our internet connection with AT&T was so slow that it very often had trouble loading a standard, no-frills web page. The service with Comcast isn't lightning fast or anything like that (even though we have the fastest service they provide), but it is what you expect from an ISP. If we had any other realistic options available, though, I can tell you for a fact that we would NOT willingly give Comcast our business. So, after 5 MONTHS of working with these idiots on a weekly basis, here's my advice to you on the best way to handle things: (1) WORK ONLY VIA CHAT ... because, with this company, one agent will tell you one thing and another agent will tell you the exact opposite, and they don't seem to keep any records of what you've called in about or what they've said or promised to their customers. Even confirmation #s don't mean anything. I've called in to ask about a standing order and given a confirmation #, and they've claimed not to have it in their system. This may be because they are using at least 2 different systems (I was recently trying to get stuff done via a chat window and the agent I was chatting with couldn't find me on the system as an authorized person on the account. Despite the fact that I'm the only fluent English speaker in my household and I'm the one who had been handling ALL account matters for the months we've been trying to get this mess straightened out. With the chat window open, I CALLED in and talked to another agent, Joe, who said yes absolutely, I was right there on the first screen. When I relayed this information to the guy I was chatting with, the chat agent kept giving me the run around. Joe asked me to ask him which system he was using, and the chat agent responded that he couldn't tell me about the technology the company uses. He also couldn't give me his agent ID number, he insisted, even though Joe gave me his with no problem whatsoever), but this really shouldn't be the customer's problem, should it??? Their chat software lets you print a transcript of the chat for your records. The transcript shows the chat session ID #. In theory, someone somewhere in corporate should be able to pull up a record of the chat by the ID number, but really, I don't trust a single thing that comes from this company, so I also PDF the chats and keep them. I imagine that a class-action law suit is not far off, and I want to have documentation of the insanity this company has put me through. (2) Be really polite and ask as if there's nothing wrong ... BUT GET THE AGENT'S OPERATOR ID UPFRONT. If they're not willing to give it to you before there's anything wrong, they're certainly not going to give it to you after. Their agents seem to be trained differently, and some will give it to you and others won't (you really have to wonder about a company that would train their agents to NOT give out their agent ID number). If you ask upfront, you won't waste your time on a call that you won't be able to document later. If they don't give you their ID, "hang up" and try again until you get an agent that does. (3) DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. I'd like to figure out a way to record my calls for those occasions where I have to call in, but at the very least I record date/time of calls, name of whom I spoke to, and what we talked about. I try to get agent IDs and confirmation #s for EVERYTHING, and if I didn't get a confirmation #, I assume nothing is going to happen, since it doesn't always happen even when I *DO* have them. And best of luck to you. You're going to need it if you have no choice but to go with Comcast. Trust me. read more

After having some issues with Comcast , but always removing them on the phone with a very helpful customer service (the opposite from (AT&T Uverse ) had a problem with a modem today and decided to go to their office as I had I tv box that I want to switch for a DVR box . On my way there was expecting a long waiting and not what I got at all . In less than 1 minute , I was being helped by an associate named Luis , who went beyond my expectations. Horrible customer service, the front desk Representatives don't know what they are doing, wrong information to the clients.I had bad experience with YAIMELYS she gave me a form to be completed in order to change the account name and stated that I have to notarized my signature and come back to the store drop the form and that's it, but the Manager AGUSTIN told the representative that form was not longer used since 2015...I wasted my time my money do that tramit, I requested talk with the manager for explanation and apologizes for the terrible service but the manager AGUSTIN gave the excuse that He can't talk with me because at this time he had an important phone call. I know my customer rights and was obviously that the manager doesn't want to talk with me about the big mistake and my concerns..
