I was originally drawn in by the name since I'm always a sucker for these kinds of puns. The menu looked pretty legit with all the usual Thai offerings, and I decided to try the green curry. It surprisingly had a lot of depth and didn't taste like some random coconut curry thrown together. Some Thai spots mostly focus on their noodle dishes and kind of slack on their curry options, but that definitely was not the case here. I also went with the vegetable version since I realized I had not eaten enough fiber that day, and my god was this thing packed with vegetables. Do not be fooled by the photo either, the bowl was surprisingly deep and the dish was probably 70 to 80 percent vegetables. By the end I was insanely full and honestly felt like I got two meals out of it, which was great. If you want something filling, healthier, packed with fiber, and still a really solid green curry, this is definitely a good go to spot and I highly recommend it. read more

Came during happy hour and there were some drinks available at a good deal. We ordered plenty to munch on too. The Tom yum soup was tasty, but wasn't as sour and more sweet than some places. The chives pancake is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside with nice chive taste. The papaya salad lacks strong flavor, but refreshing; don't mind the picture we asked for less peanuts. The soft shell fried rice has that nice Smokey wok air flavoring which I really enjoyed. This dish took a while, but it was worth the wait. The green curry was tasty and like most places with nice lemongrass flavor. Lastly, the drunken noodles were tasty, but too wet and salty for my liking. Overall, I thought it was a cute cozy Thai spot in Bay Ridge with some good options. The service was also very attentive, kind and sweet. I think it's a nice place for a date night. read more

I used to love the Thai food restaurant previously housed at this location called My Thai Cafe. I used to live nearby and dine there regularly especially their lunch specials. The Thai salad with peanut dressing, Pad Se ew, Drunken noodle were all consistently delicious. I moved to Shore Road and when ordering food delivery I noticed My Thai Cafe disappeared to oblivion. Then came Come on Thai and was happy to see a new Thai place take over. I took a chance and ordered: curry puffs ( small portion) Thai salad and Pad See Ew; all delicious. Except for tonight... I ordered Pad See Ew with chicken and fried tofu with sweet chili sauce. I also requested a wedge of lime for noodle dish and of course chopsticks. The first helping of Pad See Ew had a fishy undertone taste.. just did. The second helping tasted much better. The real disconnect was the tofu.. as you can see from my picture not golden brown, the texture was a bit rubbery and just blah. Additionally, no lime wedge and no chopsticks. Honestly, what's the point of adding a note in the note section of the order when no one pays attention? Utensils were provided, forks, which were not what I asked for. Honestly this time around rated 3 stars, I bumped it to 4 because my past orders were very tasty. I would love to bump it to 5 but consistency is the key ingredient missing. My friends treated me to dinner this past Friday. I made a group reservation through Google and promptly received a confirmation about our reservation. We arrived on time and saw that a table was reserved for us. We usually get a table even without a reservation but since we were a group of 6, I didn't want to to risk it. We ordered a few appetizers for the table including Golden Calamari, Chicken Satay, and curry puffs. All were delicious. My friend and I ordered Thai iced tea as well. I ordered mine without milk and added lactaid milk I brought from home. I really hope they consider offering this beverage with an alternative dairy option. It beats bringing my own, which I'll continue doing if they don't offer it. We each ordered our own entrees. I got my favorite which was the drunken noodle with shrimp (spice level 1); my husband got the drunken noodle with chicken (spice level 1); my friends ordered drunken noodle with pork belly (spice level 2), pad thai without scallions or onions (spice level 2), basil fried rice with vegetables, and green curry. Dropped in here on a Friday night. The restaurant decor is very bright and cozy. I came earlier around 5pm, there was no wait. We were greeted and served quickly. The Thai iced tea is absolutely amazing !!!! I loved it here. The food is also good quality. I throughly enjoyed my pad Thai and crab rangoon. The portions are big and the pricing aligns well with the potions. There was a flag placed in mine I believe because it was vegetarian, and there are plenty of vegetarian options on this menu. This used to be my go-to place for Thai food. It was the BEST in Bay Ridge however the last few times I've visited, I noticed that the positions have gotten smaller...noticeably smaller. I gave it one last go 2 weeks ago, even telling them that the portions have gotten smaller. I was promised they'd be full this time but was not the case yet again. My pad Thai was meh. And my wife's beef drunken noodle came with 3 pieces of beef. I know times are tough, but don't cheat the customer. I'm not sure I can order from here any longer unfortunately. Beautiful restaurant with open windows which lets such a lovely neighborhood vibes. Service is FABULOUS. They are quick to refill water, ask if you need anything, deliver orders, etc. They brought us a free appetizer before our ordered appetizer came out. I came here on a weekday afternoon, the place was empty since it's before the time people usually get off work. We were greeted and seated right away. They have a good amount of things on their menu, so a lot to choose from. We ordered papaya salad, mango salad, green curry, pineapple fried rice, and satay. Pad Thai is way too sweet and too much sticky sauce. It's supposed to be more stir-fried than what I got (kinda soggy tbh), and there is very little tamarind or spice flavor. Kinda disappointed. This restaurant has really deteriorated over the last few months. For the second time I have gotten greasy and extremely over salted food. Drunken noodles with too much salt, too much oil, and no vegetables. The soup was way over salted too. And by the way, it wasn't the soup I ordered. Last time I was given over salted greasy Pad Thai and greasy, soggy Curry Puffs. This restaurant must have changed owners or chefs or both in order to go downhill this fast. I had ordered online with lackluster results but I'm sure glad I gave an in person visit a try! The waitress was really friendly from the start and attentive despite a lot of tables being occupied. I got the pad kee mao, the BBQ pork and the massaman curry roti. The massaman curry roti was delicious - the curry flavorful and the roti crispy. I just wish there was more of the roti! I ran out before the curry was even halfway done. The pad kee mao tasted way better than when it was delivered! I asked for as spicy as they could make it and I could feel the heat on my tongue. Definitely one of the more serious heat I've had in Thai food. The BBQ pork was great, too! The pork was juicy and flavorful. I ordered because I was really curious what Thai BBQ might be. The restaurant opened under new management in February 2025 and has been a welcome addition to the variety of ethnic restaurants on the street. The menu has a nice mix of traditional and creative choices. I had the seafood/chicken pad thai and was favorably impressed - several broiled shrimp and fried calamari complemented the chicken in a sweet sauce that was just what I was looking for after a long bike ride on a hot day. In the short time I was there, several delivery drivers picked up orders, several parties were seated and the phone rang multiple times with orders, attesting to the popularity of the menu. I'd also highlight the friendly, attentive vibe of the owner Pop, who is genuinely concerned that diners have the best possible experience. I was in the Bay Ridge area and ordered take out. Beef Drunken Noodles, Chicken Pad Thai and Spring rolls. Let start with the Drunken Noodles, they were drunkend in peppers and onions. I thought I was eating a Chinese dish beef with peppers and onions. Not kidding, I should have taken a photo to post. The peppers were so mushy and unpalatable. I was so looking forward to a few crunchy peppers. The carrots were missing. Now, let's be clear the dish did not look like the advertised photo. I had to nitpick the food and get to the noodles. Now, we move on to the Pad Thai dish, it had no flavor what-so-ever, it seemed the sauce came from a a bottle I buy at the supermarket. There was no garlic, shallots, palm sugar, tamarind flavor. Lastly, the Spring Roll, here is the kicker, it looked like, again a Chinese egg roll. Where were the glass noodles and the shiitake mushroom? On top of everything state above, they were drenched in oil. I had a bite and you can imagine the rest. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again, this is not Thai Cuisine. What I got: Massaman Curry with fried tofu: I have read some reviews that say the curry is too watery for their taste, but, as a fan of thick curry myself, authentic Massaman curry isn't suppose to be thick. The spices were there; the veggies--carrot, potato, and onions--were crisp; and the fried tofu was perfectly cooked. 5/5. Roti with Massaman sauce: I love roti. Some places do not know how to prepare roti, either burning it or simply reheating it. This roti is...perfection. Pair that with the fantastic Massaman curry sauce and you have one tasty appetizer. I have been ordering from this place for a while now. In my opinion they have the best drunken noodles in Brooklyn. Sometimes it's more spicy than others but it's always delicious. I have gotten it with the tofu, beef and shrimp. When asked with the shrimp it has a nice Smokey taste. I have asked them to make it less spicy when ordering. The red curry is also one of my favorites has more veggies in it than the green curry so makes it more filling. It's not so spicy and the coconut has a nice flavor combined with the curry. The pad thai was a complete miss the one time I ordered it so I can't really recommend it. The chicken satay was good but comes in a really small portion despite the picture on seamless which shows a large portion. If you order direct with the restaurant it is cheaper than seamless. Place is small like hole in the wall. Seating yes. It smelled like stale smoke. We didn't dine in just ordered takeout and we just waited for our orders. My boyfriend ordered the pad Thai and he said the food was dry and bland. I ordered a drunken noodle with tofu which was not bad but all I could taste was spices and after a couple bites, we felt bloated afterwards. Ordered for takeout and the food quality was just alright. The beef in the Pad See Eww was really rubbery and difficult to chew. Out of luck with the protein there. The noodles did have good flavor. The hostess greeted me right away and allowed me to pick where I wanted to sit. I looked at the menu and ordered edamame, chicken satay and drunken noodles with beef. Each dish was brought to me separately so I had time to enjoy them. I did not feel rushed. Everything was so yummy. The decor of this place was also done well. I believe there's new ownership here, and I am kind of disappointed that it became worse not better. I came here with my best friends. We ordered the chicken pad Thai, the chicken drunken noodle and the bbq pork with peppers and onions. The drunk man noodle had no flavor, it wasn't even spicy one bit. The chicken pad Thai was average, you can't really go wrong with it at all unless you mess up the sauce. Even though that their food was standard and pretty flavorful, I really want to commemorate them for their service. sometimes it's not busy in there, but usually there's like a couple of people and they really care and 10 for the customers and when I went there, they really like had a conversation and really bonded with their customers.
