The mix of avocado and apple slices, as well as the mustard dressing is exactly what you need to wind down on a long day. We placed our pick-up orders on Nature's Grill's website so we could use their coupon as advertised on their Instagram. The only concern we had was that Nature's Grill's personal online ordering site did not feature the same topping selections and choices as that of third-party ordering sites like Grubhub and Seamless. Nevertheless, if you put the toppings you want that are not on Nature's Grill's website, they seem to comply! We ordered the "Dice It bowl" and created our own large salad. Each dish was prepared as ordered; even the comments and notes I left to "please add cucumbers to the salad" were followed! Delicious food and HUGE portions! The "Dice It Bowl" was enough for at least two people (or two servings). It was tasty, hearty, and healthy. The salad was large and generously filled as well. Don't let the pictures fool you, all of the ingredients were perfectly mixed in but their weight brought them to the bottom. Generous pieces of grilled shrimp, an abundance of goat cheese, and large containers. of. dressing on the side nicely wrapped in saran plastic wrap to keep it from spilling. We didn't dine in, so I can't speak much for that experience but the service seemed very efficient and friendly as we were greeted upon entry. The first time I tried it was in a NYSC in Caesar's Bay and they made great peanutty blasts and my husband loves the terriyaki terrific (chicken) and I get it with salmon. Yum! I have a friend who likes Nature's Grill. This was the first time though that I tried it out [COVID-19 or not]. Filet Mignon Steak Salad [$13.95]: I am super impressed with this steak "salad". I disagree on calling this a salad when it's on a bed of brown rice. Nonetheless... I'm not sure what I was expecting [based on previous reviews, not much] but it was really good! The steak was so juicy and tender. It was cooked perfectly [medium] for me. The lettuce got a little wilt-y but that's what happens when you add warm ingredients to lettuce. The teriyaki sauce on the side was good, but I don't even know that you need it. It would probably be overkill to add the whole container. For just about $14, the portion size is ginormous. My photo is only half of what was actually in the container [I'm trying to be fancy by using actual dishes]. Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse [$4.25]: Yeah, this was pretty good too. I mean it's sugar free and more like a cake than a mousse, but it was good. It was super moist- actually more moist than some normal cakes I've had in the past. After I placed the order, I was wondering why I paid $15.62 for ONE WRAP! After some looking into it, I noticed ALL of their pricing on seamless is anywhere between $2-$3 higher depending on what you order. I went on their website and the same wrap cost $11.50. After I walked into the restaurant to pickup the food, I took a look at their menu and it ALSO had a price or $11.50!! SAME WRAP. I felt as if I was RIPPED OFF. So now you go back on Seamless and what do they do, the over charge the customers who are putting money into their business. I called the restaurant, they had NO EXPLANATION, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said the owner/managers are not in on the weekend and they can't do anything. I like their fresh juices and smoothies especially during the summer. They have a variety of blends to choose from, the muscle head which is apple/beet/carrot/celery is delicious. I normally am not a big fan of beet, but because of the apple everything comes out tasting fresh. There are a lot of flavors to choose from so I say if your looking for a nice refreshing healthy drink, you can't go wrong with Nature's Grill. The service varies unfortunately, there was one point were I came in and I was the only customer ordering. Somehow, they managed to mess up my order and I had to wait more than 20 minutes just for my juice. Still, I go here from time to time because I do like their smoothies and fresh juices. read more

I've always gotten smoothies here over the past years. Looking for burgers on a snow day was more difficult than I thought. We decided to sit down at natures grill to satisfy my burger craving. There's waiter service if you decide to sit down. We were the only ones eating in on a snowy day, the waiter was pretty attentive and made sure we had water and plenty of napkins. The food did take a while to come being that we were the only people sitting down, but it did definitely look like they work working hard making takeout and delivery orders. There's also a sign stating that the food can be a wait and they are not a fast food joint, so I guess I can't complain. I had the Kobe beef burger which has truffle aioli, mesclun greens, tomatoes, and cheddar. This definitely hit the spot and satisfied my burger craving. My friend had the cinco de mayo burger which she said she enjoyed as well. The deluxe comes with sweet potatoes fries and a handful of pickles. The fries were pretty crunchy, hard to believe they're baked and not fried. The burger wasn't overwhelmingly greasy making it easy to hold to eat which I appreciate. My burger was around $13 + 2.50 for deluxe. The cinco de mayo burger was a couple of dollars cheaper I believe. Most of the complaints here are about their delivery service which I haven't experienced yet, but it does seem like a large amount of their business is from delivery, I guess call and pick up is the best way to go? I also do enjoy their smoothies, and like that they have a tossed salad bar. The restaurant called us right after I ordered $30 worth of dinner from somewhere else and explained to us that something on grub hubs end went wrong and they didn't see our order until 7:30 pm. They sent us our food anyway and tried to make the situation right. We got our food finally around 9:30 pm, 3 hours after ordering. Problem is when they found out about the order at 7:30, they should've called and told us what happened. But I'm glad they were able to make it right. I want to continue ordering from here because the knock off bootleg of this restaurant on 18th Ave is not trustworthy at all. I am so disgusted with this place. Ordered tonight via grub hub at 6:30 PM. Instagram says they're open until NINE PM. It's now 8:30 and our delivery has been cancelled. They couldn't bother to call or notify us in any way. Since moving to bay ridge three years ago, Natures Grill has been my go-to spot after the gym. It started when they were next to the NYSC and then closed, so I started going to this location and have been going ever since. It used to be my favorite.
