Just make sure that you use a Wells Fargo ATM when you withdraw cash. Otherwise you can rack up close to $5 in charges for a single ATM withdrawal **Wells=$2.50 + Non Wells ATM=$1.50-$3.00**. He also lied and said Michael would be calling me shortly to explain everything, which never happened either. Nothing the bank representative told me was true. I just received official Bank of America correspondence in response to my CFPB regulatory complaint that they reviewed my issue and determined everyone did everything correctly at BofA and I will not get my funds and need to contact the Treasury Department. This bank gave me erroneous information, causing me damages, then lied to me for 6 weeks, took my money, and walked away from me. Awful company and horrible people there. Sounds like a real. I didn't provide any personal info to him instead I called the branch I know in Pleasanton Ranch 99. One of the representatives answered my phone immediately and we talked about the situation. She checked the system and also called the bank credit card service department and found out this Frank Liu from SF branch and the whole credit card thing are spam.
