We took my suit to this business for dry cleaning at which time we told the owner we needed it back…read morein time for my fathers funeral and they promised they would have it ready by today (funeral is day after tomorrow) and after receiving no updates from the business we went to pick the suit up today as promised and we were told it wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for another day or two, which obviously isn't acceptable. They had my suit for 8 days and had not even touched it since it was dropped off. After calling their competitor Old Town cleaners we were told to bring it in this evening (spoke to them at 4:30) and they said they would make sure to have it dry cleaned and ready by tomorrow morning. The owner of Spiffy's was very apathetic to our situation and just said, well it isn't ready when we reminded him he had promised to have it ready by today. I will never use this business again and highly recommend anyone needing dry cleaning to go elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
