I brought military uniforms to have new rank sewed on them. Many places snuggle with military uniforms but the put it on correctly with a neat finish. Luckily the rank insignia is the same size and form, just a different color making the swap a little easier. I would have awarded 4 stars but it wasn't clear when my items would be complete. I think they just got a new tailor in March 2018 and hadn't worked through timing, workload, and communication yet. Overall, I'm pleased and would go back again. read more

We had some drapes that we used in a rental house. They were covered in pet hair and I wasn't sure they could be cleaned at all. They assured us it would be "no problem!". I then got a call saying they'd have to wash them instead and that might shrink them. Ok, well I wasn't sure they could be saved anyway so go for it. They said they would be done that Friday. We went Friday to pick them up to find out "oh...they're not done at all..well let you know". I waited another week and a half and called just to get an update. What happened next was stunning. The lady started yelling at me telling how hard they were to clean and that they're DOING THE BEST THEY CAN and then proceeded to tell me "YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT OUR ONLY CUSTOMER!!!!". UMMM OK..I had to keep assuring her I was simply calling for an update. She kept yelling at me. It's now been well over a MONTH, they haven't called and I'm not ABOUT to call them and incur the wrath AGAIN! At this point we've had to do something else because we rented out the house. I have never encountered a business that was so rude and uncalled for in my life. I'm sure I will never see the drapes again. I understand if they couldn't be saved and made that clear from the beginning. At least just TELL ME THAT and don't YELL at me and tell me I'm not their only customer. I never thought I was. If you couldn't do it just tell me and I would have understood and just come and picked them up. BEWARE if you go here!!! You won't get honesty or service! read more

I could not give them a 0 out of 5, but I would. I just got my sheer curtains home and three of the four are ruined. One has an 18" gash, one a 9" gash and one has at least five holes, one that is 2.5 inches. The fourth one is so thin now. They each will cost me $49 to replace. The ruined curtains are not my only problem with them. They gave me the run around with pick up times. Everything took 2 1/2 weeks longer than quoted. I called in a few times before picking them up and they still weren't ready when I went in a few days after the quote. I went in four our five times to be told that my things were not ready. The curtains had to be redone because three of the four were still off white. I would not allow them to touch anything of mine again. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
