I took my clothes in Saturday afternoon . . . that's right . . . they're open Saturday afternoon. My clothes were available for pickup on Monday evening (i.e., today). I pulled up to the drive thru, which was busy, and expected to be waiting quite a while. To my surprise, they had several people serving the drive thru customers; coming to vehicles, getting names, and returning with clothes. They brought my clothes out and told me there was a bag included with my clothes. I asked what for, and they said I could use it to drop my clothes off. It has my name inside and is actually a pretty rugged drawstring bag. The employee went on to tell me that I can use that bag to drop off my clothes 24 hours a day at the 24 hour drop off station toward the end of the drive thru. She also told me that you can retrieve your clothes, using a machine much like a Red Box DVD rental machine, as long as you have a credit card on file. They are open 7 days a week, have 24 hour drop off available, 24 hour pickup available, and they are professional and courteous. They were very reasonably priced as well. I have definitely found my new dry cleaners.

I finally went to speak with the manager Jacob Jones at the main plant location (98th St) to see how we could fix this issue. His response: "we do LOTS of jeans here, and I mean a lot. If you're not satisfied with how we do them, maybe we aren't the place for you to do business". Perfect. After several years of bringing all of my families clothes here, my accounts will all be cancelled. I'm sure this isn't how the owner would've wanted this handled. But....thanks for the advice Jacob. I will indeed cancel all of my accounts.

They get your clothes out same day if you get them in by 9:00am; even on Saturday's!!! They open early and stay open late too. I think their hours are 7am-8pm M-F and 7-7pm on Saturdays.

After inspecting my service dress upon getting them back I noticed that they must have broken a button off of my service coat while cleaning it because they sewed the center button back on upside down. Now I understand making a mistake, but not caring enough to make sure it is fixed properly is pathetic. This kind of service and quality is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Total for alterations would be $255. Which is more than I paid for the $199 dress. When my husband picked up the dress a mother and daughter were picking up their dress after their quote and leaving because alterations were more than their dress cost as well. I took it to another location who had less seamstresses, got the alterations I needed and even altered the slit in the leg for me too, for $75. Completed in 2 days. Also I had an appointment made for 1 o'clock and the store was closed, someone showed up at 1:22. No communication. Staffing was friendly, so 2 stars.
