I dropped off my items at 6pm and was able to pick it up the next day by 5pm. I received a text notification when it was ready which is a nice way to update customers easily. When you first drop an item off they create an account for you on spot by getting your name, email, phone#. The cost was very affordable for my suit jacket and vest it was between $13-14. Swapped to this cleaner after moving recently due to proximity. Have used them 4-5 times and in that time frame have had 3 shirts rip (never had this issue with my previous cleaner). The first shirt rips occurred while I was at home. The last one occurred while they were cleaning the shirt. Upon returning the damaged shirt to me, the manager said they would not charge me for the cleaning of the shirt they damaged and joked that now I have a short-sleeve shirt. That's not how customer service is supposed to work. Never going back. read more

While the clothing may be dry cleaned properly, the cost was excessive. I chose this dry cleaner bc of the excellent reviews. However, charging $12 to dry clean a dress is excessive. What makes this worse is that I specifically asked the cost bf leaving my items and was told that couldn't be done until she looked at the items. I was a bit uneasy about that reply bc I felt a business should know their costs, but I let it go bc of the good reviews and I didn't see anything indicating cost was an issue. Lesson learned: listen to my gut and don't rely on glowing Yelp reviews without further investigation. read more
