I was in and out in no time and was told my 4 pieces: a suit, blazer, and skirt would be ready before 6 pm the following day. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up until a few days later, which the rep said would not be a problem. It was the same rep when I picked them up today. She seemed under the weather but was courteous and wore a mask and avoided in engaging in small talk as before, but this did not come off as rude, instead, to prevent unnecessarily spreading germs. Although the pricing was still more than I would pay outside of Stone Oak, it was still less than the last place I used and just as convenient. Based on my first experience, I would recommend them.

The staff is professional and polite. Everything is pressed and properly hung with any required stiffeners. Unlike most any other cleaner, the employees here actually act like they own the place (in a good way). After getting used to Kraft's service, nothing else will do. I'm not sure why, but the lady who assisted me at the counter was asking for so much of my personal information (name, address, phone number...). I guess it makes sense if someone is dropping off several garments for repair or cleaning...but I just needed one button to be sewn onto a dress, a task that would take less than a minute for even the most beginner tailor... After about 20 minutes of giving all this unnecessary info, the computer shutting down, and sharing all this info again, I was told I would have to wait a week before I could get my dress back. What??? I emphasized again that my ask was as small as could be---should a button repair really take a week? All it took was for the counter-lady to take it to the back and have the tailor fix it up then-and-there. Cost me about $1.50. That's all I wanted and needed, and that's what I got...even if I had to waste 20 minutes in the beginning.
