I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! They are very easy to work with and Diego is ALWAYS patient and kind. If I have any concerns (hey can you clean the unfinished basement?), I tell Diego and he's right on it. I have referred him to many people on Facebook and everyone has been happy. His rates are fair and his cleaners are detailed - they even wash all dishes that's laying around the house (I always seem to leave a few cups around my bed, oops...) and even clean the bases of my toothbrushes. Everything in it was brand new, but still needed that cleaning due to it sitting and ppl in and out from viewing. I support black owned businesses, so I decided to move fwd with this company. Communication was spot on! Fabrice and I were in constant contact. And they were very accommodating with some changes that needed to take place due to our closing being shifted around. Cleaner arrived and abt and hour and a half later, we were told they were done. They sent "pictures"... I was like ok cool so I paid and tipped. My husband arrived first and called me sayin "you're gonna have to look at this"... I arrive and I was in COMPLETE SHOCK how dirty the home was. We had been in the house to view it numerous times before. Even the day before, so I knew where the dirt was lol Dirt in the same spot as it was the day before. Nothing had been touched except the toilets and the mirrors. Oh, and the floors were vacuumed in the bedrooms. There was no "clean smell" in the home. No disinfectant, no bleach, no nothing. Smelled stale just like it did prior. Floors were dirty and dusty. Counter tops and stove top had not been cleaned. Refrigerator was filthy. Baseboards had not been touched. Windows had finger prints and dust. Bathroom sinks had dirt and hair along with the showers. Nothing was done. I stood in there and cried because this was not the experience I wanted to have in 1 of my new homes. I took video and called Fabrice and let them know abt my concerns. Very apologetic, which I can respect but I'm big on how we will fix things. What's the resolve? So, my review is based off of my initial experience. I will change it once I get resolution. Otherwise, I will chump it up as a loss, and make sure I spread the word.
