I'm not sure how the reviews are so high. I gave this place chance after chance, but every time I picked up an order, there was an issue. I was charged for services not completed, services were done that were not requested (ie dry cleaning instead of alterations), basic stains were not removed. After having to go back 4x for issues on 4 different orders, I can't recommend this place at all. To top it off, I was given attitude when I had to bring back items or request refund for services not completed. read more

The quality and the customer service are excellent. Since I moved to Gulfport in fall 2014, I have had my clothes dry-cleaned and hemmed here. They service is prompt and affordable. The staff are polite, friendly, and quick to offer suggestions and help. The store itself is a bit run down. It is an older dry-cleaners, and it looks like an older dry cleaning shop. It has a bit of a classic feel- but I don't know what else you might be going for in a cleaners. The clothes come back clean, not damaged, and pesky spots removed. If you are more interested in a posh store, fancy new machines, and a lounge-y style interior- well then this is not the store for you to take your dry clean clothes. But if you want quality- this is the place for you. The money saved by not renovating is passed on to us the customers- and I appreciate that. read more

Zero stars! I brought in a Hugo Boss suit and the jacket came back with holes in it. I have spoken to them and was told they were sending it off to have it fixed (that was many many months ago). I was waiting to leave a review just in case they would actually follow through. However, I have called left messages and nothing! Do not trust this place unless you don't care about your clothes. Update: after getting the run around for way too they stopped answering my calls. I finally went in and spoke to someone. Very conveniently they said they have no record of the jacket. What's even worse they don't have the jacket. So not only did I pay for them to ruin my clothes. They stole a $1000 Hugo boss jacket. And they said I apply there is nothing they can do lol.
