The day my mother-in-law was suppose to have a care person the agency called to tell me the woman would not be coming today and that it was not working out for her. I do not have a problem that is was not working out with care person, but I do that have a problem that she gave us no notice. If she had said I will be available today and next week and then my service will be done; I would have understood. Then right after I was given this information, I was told by the agency that the team had talked and that it was not working for them either. The schedule was too difficult.
