He walked me through the process and was very good with explaining what I needed and what to expect with my recovery. He also was great when it came to my post care follow up. I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.

I was just told that they have no records, yet I received a text stating that they expect payment to resolve the matter. I explain once again, and again, no one is listening. Looks like I'm going to have to take legal action cause speaking facts at this point does matter.
