So, it took a while for our orders to be ready, but she brought them out as soon as possible and with a smile. The owner is friendly and makes you feel like family. You can tell she loves what she does and puts it all into her business. The blueberry scone was made with local blueberries and had a perfect moistness. However, at a place making this correctly, I would expect a damn good macchiato. The croissant was also tasty; buttery and flaky, and I am not sure if it was baked on site, but I feel like if it wasn't, they should consider doing just that, because that is what could elevate this to that next level and really make it a destination! All in all I was pleased with what I got and the price was reasonable for what we ordered. The burger was well seasoned and the fries that came with were generous portion. My only complaint would be that the lettuce and tomato on my burger (that I was charged extra for) was underwhelming. I've never seen shredded lettuce on a burger and tomatoes were sliced paper thin. Service was good. Food took some time to come out but everything came out piping hot. Definitely made to order and not sitting in a window all day. Prices were reasonable.
