They were good on the counseling and the little details that can make or break a service, and the service was dignified and meaningful, even in Covid times, with their videographer doing a great job. Therefore, my experience with Soller-Baker is very limited. In my short time I was there I was very pleased with the experience. The facility is very large which was needed to accommodate our large group. The layout was very open, easy to manage in & out and comfortable. The decor was reasonably fresh and appropriate for the environment. We found the facility very clean and well organized. There was plenty of parking close to the entrance. Upon coming in the door the host team was very respectful and helpful. They were kind and gracious as they should be.

Went here to go to a showing for a friend. The usher named "D. M," would not let me look for a…read moreplace to pray. I understand that you must wait in line to greet family and to visit the casket. I just wanted to take a seat and pray for the deceased. I was berated by "D. M." as if I were a child. I will never want my showing/visitation at this funeral home.

We had to extend our service almost an extra hour at last minute and Jonathan was very accommodating to our request. Fisher's was extremely responsive to our phone calls and requests. After the end of the funeral the next day they provided us the cards on all of the flowers at the service, thank you cards, and provided documents for next steps. They haven't even paid the pastor for his services. We went to pick up the death certificate and it was for the wrong person. They just stood around at the service and did nothing, but when it was over they were breathing down our necks to get out of there. Eva was the only pleasant thing about this experience.

As far as local cemeteries go, this one is "new to the neighborhood" having been sculptured out of a meadow, hence the name. My Godparents are buried here and I enjoy visiting them because this is such a quiet and reflective space.
