I used Jefferson Dental for a couple of years with no problems. Then needed partial dentures. Was…read morehoping to get them before going on vacation, didn't happen. Paid the fee upfront and had scan done. Then just before going on vacation, a few weeks later, called to check status. Was scheduled for first fitting just before leaving on vacation. When I got back from vacation a couple of weeks later, tried to call the office a few times with no response. Then received a call stating they had closed and would have to send me a refund. OK. Then got a call stating they had made arrangements with another dental office and to get me my partial and set schedule for the afternoon a couple days later. Day of appointment, I get a call stating I have to come in that morning or they have to give a refund. I told them I cannot come in that morning and to send me a refund. Told it can take 30-60 days for the refund. It has now been over four months and still now refund. The only response I get, when I get a response, is they will send it to the refund team for review. If you are supposed to get a refund from them. Don't hold you breath!! Fraudulent business practices.

It's all set up like an assembly line. All of the kids are lined up in dental chairs with no privacy..just out in the open. The doctor pulled me back and explained that my son's teeth were so bad that he needed 8 teeth pulled..YES EIGHT TEETH! 4 OF THEM BEING ADULT TEETH. Also that she needed to refer him out because they were so bad, she couldn't do anything to help him. I went for 2 second opinions and I found a really nice dentist who has been in business for 30 years. He explained that my son just needed a couple of fillings and pulp removals...wham bam and he was done. I am so disappointed that Dr. Liz told us otherwise, and being so extreme, and he needed his teeth pulled! Stay away!

They lied to us that they were in the Metlife insurance network when we check-in but after two treatments they stated that they were not in the network and also they did not file my primary insurance. My recommendation to anyone planning to visit Dr. White in the future, think twice before visiting her because they won't pay your bill for their miscommunication.

When it came time to get a referral I called and explained my decision to Dr. Theresa M. White. I then told her what I needed and she kept saying "What do you mean referral, I don't know how to do that." The office I was trying to transfer to called her and the three of us went back and fourth. Finally the new office said she keeps telling them the same thing, and it doesn't seem like she is willing to work with us for some reason. Now, initially I had no real "issue" with Theresa White, just didn't feel she was the right fit for us. But now I am even more confident transferring to another dentist was definitely the best decision for us!
