Getting my insurance updated on my patient profile should not take forever! They wanted to tell me they're short staffed. But when I gave the lady my information to get it updated on Friday, she told me it would be done on Monday. In my opinion it should of been done on Friday when I called the 2nd time. First time their system was down. Ok that is completely understanding. But when you already have dental anxiety, you shouldn't have to worry about your paperwork when the system is working. I should not have to keep calling back to see if my paperwork has been done or not. This is Completely unprofessional on their part in my opinion!! So yes. I will a new dentist and never coming back here. My suggestion is if you do go here, to never get new dental insurance or anything that needs to be updated because they're going to take forever to do it. Not patient/customer friendly at all. Not sure what happened but 2 years ago this would not have been an issue. read more

Today I was scheduled for a routine cleaning, and Perfect Smiles got me in quickly, did the necessary x-rays, and got me lined up with the dental hygienist. She was professional, and friendly and made the visit go by quickly (and painlessly). I enjoyed the quick chat with Dr. Freeman and was on my way under 45 min. We will never use Perfect Smiles again. For starters, no one checked the insurance for a waiting period before we started braces and once our portion was paid, we then got collections threats. The insurance had paid, and I had to go around and around with your front-end staff. A handful of your staff have been very hateful and rough with children on many occasions. Our has been in braces for a total of 41 months with still not end in sight. The first red flag should have been when your office drilled in her gums for her teeth to move. More than likely, because too many teeth were removed when our journey started with you. Now, after being referred to a new ortho and dentist it has been brought to our attention that we should now be worried about the gaps between her molars or the lack of adjustment for her overbite. In December we switched to another dentist and at her cleaning he was amazed at how bad her teeth looked with being in braces for 41 MONTHS! He referred us to another orthodontist. She recently went to see them this past Monday. After taking X-Rays they voiced their concerns: 1) Her gums are so swollen and irritated on her molars for the braces being on so long 2) Her bottom teeth are tilted so far back towards her tongue 3) The top wire is too flimsy 4) Her teeth were moved but her roots were not, and they are making a triangle for food to sit and if her braces were taken off, they would move back to being crooked. We used you for a service and feel that we were taken advantage of, and the quality of our child's teeth was just a payday and nothing more. They have now taken her braces off to give her gums time to heal and we will then start another process of braces for an additional 15 months. So, all and all she will wear braces for 56 months!! read more

My husband was transferred. 11 weeks ago I called about getting a refund on a credit I had on my account! It's a large amount! So here I am 11weeks later with no refund!!! I have called weekly!! All I get is someone will call you back,last week it was someone is writing the check /mailing it today!! B.S. I will keep calling until I get my money! Even if we returned to Oklahoma I would NOT return. I have never been treated so poorly after being a patient for 11yrs and recommending almost my entire family to go there! They never had to wait 11weeks for payment let alone wait 11 mins!!! Crooks! Scam artists! read more

Called over phone more then once and said covered insurance and when we get there they all if a sudden don't do it and was going to call the cops on my wife for having a panic attack and yall are suppose to be doctors. The dentist and staff were very nice. My issues is with the dental assistant named Sandy. Brought my daughter there to get her teeth cleaned. She was very nervous and crying as we walked in. The front ladies were very nice and reassuring. When we got back my daughter was still upset and crying. I tried reassuring her she would be ok. Got that done. Went back to get 2 more X-rays done. Still upset cause she has to put things in her mouth to get the xrays taken. I was still reassuring her and Sandy wasn't too nice. She finally said " look I don't have 3 year olds coming in here that cry like this". Excuse me!?!?!! I told her she didn't need to make her feel bad. I can not believe she has the nerve to say this to a 7 year old who was clearly scared. She needs to learn to be nice and not be rude. Still can't believe she said that!! read more

Horrible. Started off with them overcharging me 1400.00 after insurance because they inaccurately stated to me (aka lied) that they were in network for our dental insurance. Took over 2 months and a call with the owner (who was less than apologetic) to get my 1400 back. Billing department is a catastrophe. Since then, they're rough as hell with my daughter when she goes in every month and very cold. That's if they don't call me and reschedule or cancel my appointment because they've got something going on. I'm constantly having to call and set up walk ins because bands fall off nearly every month. Today they scheduled my daughter for 330pm (VERY RELUCTANTLY) stating they close early on Fridays to replace yet another 2 bands that fell off. She shows up after school and they are closed. Guess they changed their minds about fitting her in. Were unfortunately stuck with them for another year and a half and were dreading it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Move on to another business that isn't all about money and VALUES their customers comfort. read more

was there this morning at 8:30am this morning to get a tooth pulled out. it is now 11:00am and my prescription for my medication has still not been called in and i've called them and all they can say is we are busy sorry and i will give him that message... i will not be returning to this dentist office and they need to hurry the fuck up. i now know not to refer anyone to this place to get any work done. not to mention the roof of my mouth is scratched and they are taking forever to help me... read more

Our 17 year old broke her two front teeth at a basketball game. After seeing Dr. Schmidt of Purcell, OK we were concerned how unsure & drastic her treatment and prognosis was and how it changed in a matter of days. We began the search for another Dentist. Dr. Freeman came highly recommended by a State Employee (who works in the Dental Insurance field). From the time of initial contact to the completion of her extensive work (2 visits) the entire staff was friendly, professional & personable. Dr. Freeman performed 2 root canals and made a temporary so she could smile without broke / missing teeth. He was very thorough, patient and gentle. The second visit was just as the initial. A major plus was the fact that not only did he save both teeth (Schmidt leaned toward extraction & a flipper) but, Dr. Freeman has the equipment & staff to make porcelain crowns while you are there. We will return for all future dental work as well as the kiddos braces/Invisalign needs. read more

I have recently moved to Oklahoma, and I knew I had to find a good dentist as I am one of those petrified patients. I get very anxious and scared. After finding one dentist that I did not like, I found Perfect smiles online and saw pretty good reviews and decided to give them a go. Wow, they are awesome! They are friendly, quick and efficient. You check in and they bring you back right away, the staff makes you feel very comfortable and they listen to you when you express your nervousness! I had to finish my fillings, and I have to say it was quick, easy and painless, even so that I was DOZING OFF while they were working on my teeth. I didn't get laughing gas either, they just numbed me up that good I didn't feel a thing, and they made me feel that comfortable! And I was just drifting in and out of sleep until it was all over, that was the first time EVER that has happened. Lastly, the prices were really good. Every staff was kind, caring and understanding of my fear and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Perfect smiles provided me with a worthy treatment plan, allowed me to set up payments so that I can afford it, and made me beyond comfortable while getting all of my work done. Even much so that when I was getting my fillings, I was dosing off in the chair! No joke, and I couldn't believe it. That has NEVER happened in my entire life! I was so blessed and thankful to have found this wonderful team. I was going to get implants but my husband and I are relocating so I ran out of time to get them done.
