Paid the fee upfront and had scan done. Then just before going on vacation, a few weeks later, called to check status. Was scheduled for first fitting just before leaving on vacation. When I got back from vacation a couple of weeks later, tried to call the office a few times with no response. Then received a call stating they had closed and would have to send me a refund. OK. Then got a call stating they had made arrangements with another dental office and to get me my partial and set schedule for the afternoon a couple days later. Day of appointment, I get a call stating I have to come in that morning or they have to give a refund. I told them I cannot come in that morning and to send me a refund. Told it can take 30-60 days for the refund. It has now been over four months and still now refund. The only response I get, when I get a response, is they will send it to the refund team for review. If you are supposed to get a refund from them. Don't hold you breath!! Fraudulent business practices.
