Hollea cleaned my teeth a week ago and I found out I had to have a filling replaced way at the back on top and I did not look forward to it. In fact I've been stressing about it. They were sending me these messages while at work, and told me the dentist was on board. The manager has lied repeatedly, and only real job is to bring money in. Which she spoke about frequently. As you should know most dentist if not all in Oklahoma City, will not be open on weekends or they just don't do major work, might pull x-rays or cleanings but light work only. My job is very demanding and I'm with the union so we don't get paid days off or holidays. So here at "North May Family Dental" if you don't "confirm" your appointment they give it away. I called them MULTIPLE TIMES, no answer, my son and I come in and we both need some cavity work or whatever, they tell me someone is already in the chair, mind you I'm early. Our appointment was at 9 am so how is it 8:50 and someone already taken the appointment. I will never use this place of business or recommend it to anyone. What kind of business gives your scheduled appointment away because you can't answer the phone at work to "confirm" and you call them back but they don't answer. That's ridiculous. I'm a full time father, no one is helping me take care of my bills but do they care no, just try to reschedule you a month out NO I don't think so, I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else.

Dr David done some grinding and adjusting on the dental plate with no success. He then suggested sending it to his lab for some additional modifications while informing me that no partial dental plates actually fit well. Well his lab returned the dental plate saying there was nothing that could be done. Now I have went 4 months with no front teeth while being told I can not get a partial dental plate that fits my mouth even though my original dental plate which I had for 50+years fit fine. Oh the reason I needed a new dental plate was because my original Dentist DESTROYED mine while attempting to make a new one. I have lived 4 months with embarrassment, stress, and anxiety leaving my house because I have no front teeth and being told I will never get another partial dental plate that will fit my mouth. So what is the point in going to a dentist for a partial dental plate if they can not make one that fits and comfortable to wear? After all this stress, anxiety, emotional distress and humiliation it's time to look at other avenues. So if you need a partial dental plate DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY!

We have had the same hygienist the last year or so and she is amazing, friendly and very gentle. on my last visit a month ago and my daughters visit she had today we had a different hygienist. To say she was the exact opposite would be a understatemen. There was no conversation, a lot of pain and blood, overall experience was terrible for both of us. I don't know why they cannot seem to get the fitting right on the dentures and for months I have to go completely toothless and as anyone knows that is so embarrassing. At the same time I was dealing with my mother's death and had to speak with doctors and professionals with no teeth in my head. It was a very traumatic experience. And it is actually changed my life. My depression and anxiety has pretty much made me a recluse. I can't stand to be seen in public or even look at myself in the mirror because I still do not have a set of dentures that I can wear. They won't even stay in my mouth and they are so uncomfortable they give me major headaches. I went to so many appointments with them getting it wrong that I finally just gave up and was stuck with a very inadequate pair. I really wish that they would have explained the process to me better before I decided to go that route. They hardly explained anything. They so no compassion or even apologize for my situation. It's my opinion that you stay as far away from this so-called dental clinic as possible.
