Since then, I have been scheduled for periodontal cleanings every three months at an additional cost of $53 per visit and was told I would need them for life. In late 2024, one hygienist told me I no longer showed any signs of periodontal disease and that I could return to regular cleanings every six months. However, at my next appointment, a different hygienist insisted that no such update had been given. At my most recent visit, I was again told I needed lifelong periodontal cleanings and would continue to be charged the extra fee. The office appeared very disorganized: after my teeth were polished, I waited more than 30 minutes with no communication. Because they were so far behind, the dentist eventually completed the cleaning, confirmed that my teeth and gums looked healthy, and, when asked, stated that what he performed was a regular cleaning, not a periodontal cleaning. When I questioned the additional $53 charge, he referred me to the front desk. The staff member at the front desk insisted I had received a periodontal cleaning. After speaking with the dentist, she returned saying he had "misspoken," but waived the fee for that day due to the confusion. She further stated that I would be charged $53 for all future visits. Given the inconsistent clinical information, lack of communication, and unclear billing practices, I will not be returning to this office.

Which was comforting leading up to my appointment. When I got there however it was pretty much my worst nightmare. The front desk was nice, and super nice when talking about all the options after, but during the appointment I was shuffled around and flatly told that I'm going to need dentures in 5 years. My teeth are not in horrible condition, so to think I was being offered an option to have them all ripped out and put in dentures at 38 was absolutely terrifying. I feel like he didn't believe I would stick with the treatment because of my anxiety or didn't think I could afford other options. But what he didn't realize is that I worked myself up for years to finally go to this appointment and I made a promise to myself to see this process through, and I would've appreciated a Dentist that supported that mindset with hope. I am going to my cleaning. I'm going to update my review as this process goes along. I know a lot of people out there have these same fears and it upsets me with this place claims to be so good with anxiety but handled me with little to no care.

I recently had a cleaning scheduled and was running late due to an emergency phone call I got from my husband that he was at the hospital with his Dad and that he was looking at having his foot amputated. My appointment was scheduled for 11:am I phoned them at 11:14 and that I can be there in 10 minutes. They told me that I would have to be there by 11:15 or my appointment would be canceled with a $50 cancellation fee. The office manager Kimberly, said she understands people have things come up but couldn't schedule another appointment unless I paid the $50 feet. But I didn't cancel I was running late. I've never missed or even late for an appointment. Will never go back again!

The receptionist had me on the waitlist for a sooner appointment and I was able to call me and get in weeks sooner than my scheduled appointment due to a cancellation. I love how she answers the phone and there's no robot "press 1 for this and 2 for that" to try to get through to someone. The hygienist was amazing. So friendly and gentle on my teeth. The best cleaning I've ever had in my 32 years! She spent a lot of time with me doing a really thorough and detailed job. I usually dislike going to the dentist because it's uncomfortable and I hate the sucker thingy but I had no anxiety or anything here. The dentist was also great! They made transferring the paper work from my dentist back in Texas so easy. They were very open to working with my busy schedule, and they call me/send reminders a couple days before my appointment (which I really appreciate because I would forget) . Everyone that works there is so friendly I don't dread going to the dentist at all any more. I've gotten a root canal, several cavities filled, as well as a cleaning and it is always painless and the recovery (if there is any) is always super easy. I had been experiencing some blinding pain and scheduled an appointment for a dentist to look over my teeth and help identify the cause - this insurance coordinator booked me 10 days out full well knowing and approving me paying out of pocket. Less than a day before my appointment, she called and left me a voicemail simply stating they would not be able to see me tomorrow or ever. When I called back to inquire, the receptionist and insurance coordinator became agitated and defensive going so far as to raise her voice over the phone with phrases such as "are you serious?" and "I don't know what to tell you". I did not once raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to the staff. Shame I never got to interact with the dentists or hygienists as they come highly recommended. Would not recommend this dental office to anybody due to the unaccommodating nature and overall lack of ethicality handling a situation with an individual experiencing extreme distress due to dental related pain.

The doctor came in and he considered all of my concerns after checking my medical history. He did a cancer screening and checked my gums in addition to evaluating my xrays.
