I took my newest midsi ze golden doodle there who had never…read morebeen cut. To my knowledge had no matts but picked her up completely shaved to the skin. I took their advice, needed to b done. But there were multiple nicks/cuts i noticed later. Never complained.i figured probably due to the shave. When trying to give a 2nd chance and groom more often. Cant even get a return phone call to book an appt. Or anyone at any day or time to answer the phone. Horrible business practice. I will take both dogs and $ elsewhere.

My only complaint would be the 3 employees who were gathered together gossiping about another coworker. Ridiculous. My dog recently was groomed here. The staff is nice and professional. I really hate that my fur…read morebaby had to find another groomer , but Jimmy did a good job. I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.

We have had very helpful staff that are friendly, knowledgeable to remind us of upcoming due dates for shots, exams, etc, and what is needed before grooming/boarding. We lost our sweet bunny Thump last month but even the smaller pets are well taken care of when needs arise, thanks to Dr. Grimmett's exotic expertise. He was even on call and was willing to check in by text if in a difficult situation when the office was not open.

Then charged me full price and refused to take any responsibility. Said that groomer had been grooming for 13 years! Sad! I would have given 0 stars but wouldn't let me. Not a good way to run a business.

She finally asked if we needed help and I was shocked at my realization she was an employee. The guy at the front was awesome, and sure kind. I really enjoyed his chat with me and he was very excited to help. They were not well stocked in fish and animals. This was more of a modern looking location inside. The bathrooms also were not very clean and smelled like ammonia. I wasn't a fan of that. This is not my favorite location and I probably won't go back here unless it was a dire need. I may try it one more time, but hard to say.

I came in with my dogs the other day for fun and to buys some treats. The problem was, when I went…read moreto pay for these treats, the computer glitched and even though the POC swiping part said it was approved, it wasn't coming up on their computer. So they reset everything and told me to try the payment again. And I told them I had already been charged on my account, the amount had been taken off my Apple Pay. She then called Someone over to "fix" the problem. I don't know who the person is, but she was not friendly and maybe shouldn't be working in the front with customers. I was treated like I was being difficult because I didn't want to get charged twice. I ended up swiping again, because I'm not trying to steal anything, but then the transaction was showing up twice on my account. I was assured that it would fall off, any extra pending payments do.(Also, I heard them talking about how often they're having computer problems, so it's not a new issue.) And if it didn't, I just have to come in and they'll fix it. Great. Now I'm left with an errand and unfinished business. Big surprise, I just had to go in again today to get the refund since they indeed left the charge on t here. Except now I have to sit here watching my account to make sure it does show up. I'm guessing if it doesn't, I'll need to make a call. Oh, and the "fixer" was there again. About as helpful as she was the first time, didn't make eye contact with me and was non apologetic for the waste of my time. I'd advise people to buy from any other place, no point in going to brick and mortar stores if you're not getting good customer service anyways.
