We checked in sorta late, about 8:30 and the hotel was easy to find parking at and check in was really quick. The front desk employee was really kind, and the lobby and hotel overall was spotless. Our room was really nice and clean but what I liked best about it is what was listed on the booking site is exactly what I got. When we checked out this morning the breakfast was going on, while we didn't eat at the breakfast there was a good variety of foods and the area was really clean. I'd absolutely stay here if I was in the area again.

Room was more spacious than we anticipated, heat/ac controls were easy to adjust. (Will be nice when that is upgraded to the App as well.) TV controls worked from the App...another nice feature. Only drawback for us was the very, very soft mattress and extra-soft pillows. Some people might prefer those, but health conditions made this part of our stay one star less than perfect. Shower and bath, towels and linens were top-rate. Breakfast was much better than most hotel buffet offerings with nicely cooked eggs, savory sausage, home fries with peppers (delish), and several cold cereals and more. Coffee was very good.

On both visits, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off, the entire hotel was evacuated, & no compensation was offered or given. The website had said that this facility allowed smoking. This is for the hotel property. Not the facility. In other words, you gotta go outside to smoke. However, this rules isn't enforced.

I didn't know they charged a dog fee since it wasn't stated anywhere but it's $50 per day -- non-refundable so that was a surprise to me upon checkin. They also allow you to contactless check in but when you try to pull your reservation off their app, they can't even find it so that wasn't helpful. I will have to say the check in staff was very nice to me. He was very pleasant. Breakfast taste like dollar tree items and was very stale, seemed 1-2 days old. They pack it for you due to COVID.
