After spending the night and working all day the next evening I returned to my room only to find it never was touched by housekeeping. When going to the front desk to let them know, the front desk lady lied and said it due to Covid. Marriott's policy is now only service the rooms every other day. I know this to be a lie. I travel extensively and generally stay in Marriott properties globally. This is a first to hear of this "policy". She informed me that it is a universal Marriott policy globally. This was all a lie. The truth is, the owners of this Marriott are cutting costs. So some advice, don't stay more than one night. And don't leave a tip. There is no need to pay for service not offered and never received. The owners should be ashamed. There are options within yards of this place. Stay at another hotel. So sad. Do Not Tip for poor service!!

These are like brand new mattresses, and they're the really comfy memory foam. They have nice TVs. Everything is in good shape. The price is right to. The same hotel in St. Louis would cost $200, but this was less than $100. The lady operating the front desk was courteous, efficient, and professional. This is a nice little hotel.
