Lousy experience! The manager "max" refused to issue refund. Changed room 3 times I was so upset I didn't take pictures of the first two rooms. One with bugs dead and alive, broken a/c unit that had small opening to outside. Stains on carpet, head boards greasy and smudged with who knows what.

I travel for work, so consequently, I spend the majority of my evenings in a hotel room somewhere across the country. That being said, the Comfort Inn & Suites in Las Vegas New Mexico is one of the good ones! The Hussle of restoration and progress is alive during the daytime hours however the nights are peaceful. The front desk, Renee, along with the rest of the staff, was incredibly helpful and polite. Anything that I have asked for has been promptly delivered. (and I was there over a month.

My son and daughter in law stayed here last night. The first room had fresh blood on the floor and beer still in the fridge. The second room smelled strongly of urine. At that point they gave up and just went to sleep after a long day of traveling. When they contacted the manager this morning he was very unhelpful and kept calling them back to argue. He said it wasnt blood, it was hair dye. Regardless, with Covid going on, these rooms should be spotless. Offering $20 back and arguing is unacceptable!!

We like this hotel in Las Vegas; there is not a lot of selection in my old home town. We will definitely stay here again, because the rooms are pet friendly, good breakfast, convenience, and quiet, even being next to the freeway. But. . . the chair was clearly broken. No reason why the maids would not tell management to replace this chair. Also, getting into bed, there is a major injury hazard in a sharp steel bar sticking out from under the middle of the bed under the mattress foundation. I hit my ankles on it several times.

I was tired of driving so I stopped here to get some much needed rest. The fellow behind the desk who checked me in could use some happy pills. The room was ok nothing special but I slept soundly. I was up and on the road before the free breakfast so I can't speak to that. The exterior was clean and the grounds were maintained. I would stay there again when needed.

Bed sheets at the Comfort Inn Las Vegas, NM!

I will not stay here again. We arrived late and the room was freezing cold. The worst part was the fact that the thermostat on the heater was broken. Then to top it all off when we pulled the cover back to get in bed at 11:30 at night we found that the sheets were wrinkled like someone had slept there and the sheets had not been changed. See the attached photo.

    Proof we were discriminated against!

My husband and I asked if we could stay in the RV lot which was totally empty and we have done before several times, the rude woman looked at me and said we only allow truckers to stay there. I asked if I could pay a fee to stay and she stumbled across her words and shrugged her shoulders. I said if you can allow truckers why can't I stay too???? She became angry like she was on drugs and said I couldn't stay there, I wonder if she was racist?? I told her I would let everyone know how rude and rediculous she was being on a Yelp and on a Google review. This place had three RVs parked on the car hotel lot but she decided I could not stay. She can't pick and chose nor make up what rules suits her. She is unprofessional and rediculous. Do not stay at this horrible hotel with this nasty hotel clerk.

Blood or some substance on chair.

Got a reservation for two rooms and paid in advance around noon. After driving for 7 or so hours arrived to be told our rooms were gone and all that was left were pet friendly rooms (we did not bring a pet). We run to the store to get some Benadryl and go for it. Get into the room to find a wet spot at foot of bed, some sort of fungus growing on our blinds and a smudge on a chair that look an awful like blood. Complained to a nice man at front desk but honestly they have a customer service policy of "no way in hell are you getting a refund, discount, or a free room in the future." I think they bank on one and done guests. If you are foolish enough to stay here they don't really care if you ever come back. I mean we paid $159 per room to get bumped to a place were people can bring their dogs or cats into without a bat of an eye from them. I gave it a two because the beds were comfortable. I did bring up all the gross things in the room and the man was nice enough to "make a note."

While we were charging our Tesla, the owner came out to invite us in for coffee and fruit, stretch our legs and enjoy the lobby and facilities.

We drove up from Santa Fe earlier this morning, only to discover upon arrival that they food service amenities were closed on Wednesdays. In spite of our disappointment, Sebastian provided additional options in the immediate vicinity and, in addition, escorted us over to the racks of local maps and brochures, to advise us of the many options available in the Las Vegas NM area. It is this kind of attentive grace that makes us sure to return, but not on a Monday or Wednesday.

I'm sure I booked a queen, but the size of the bed was small and two full sized adults had a hard time fitting on it. It was a rough sleep. The mattress sagged toward the middle as well. In hindsight, I should have brought up the fact that the bed was not what we'd booked, but I wasn't 100% positive at the time. The room was nice, the bed being the exception, and the front desk responsive when we asked for two luggage racks for suitcases. We had none in there initially. The swamp cooler would randomly stop working during the night and made the room uncomfortable. Lots of celebrities and infamous characters have stayed here over the years. There's a lot of photos and framed info along the walls by the rooms. We wandered around reading everything. Parking is a pain - there are a couple in the back of the hotel and only street parking in the front.

It was a little after 2 and we were the only ones having lunch. We ordered two hamburgers, both medium rare. One was supposed to be without cheese. We didn't want lettuce because of the current scare. In fact, I asked only for onions. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. Another couple came in after us. They finished eating before we were served. When the food finally came, they both had cheese and they had lettuce, tomato and pickles. No onion. Also, they had fries, which we didn't ask for. And they charged us extra for them. The waitress took back the one that wasn't supposed to have cheese and brought another one. Unfortunately both were cooked well done and were cold. They asked if we had time for them to redo our order. We were not willing to wait any longer. Apparently the staff was taking pictures of the food to post on social media. That's probably why it was cold. So when the waitress finally brought our meals, she told us that they were going to be shown on their Social Media Accounts. I guess that was supposed to make us feel okay about waiting almost an hour. It didn't. We asked to see the manager but he/she never came over. They did comp one of the burgers. The waitress was apologetic but that doesn't compensate for poor management. So unless you have a lot of time and don't care if after a long wait, you don't get what you ordered, I would avoid this place.
