I spent a good 30 minutes soaking it in. It is a musty maze across two floors, with books and trinkets. I loved it. The ground floor of the hotel is a charisma bypass. What a pity as the cafe and lobby could be so much more fun and informative (this is true of Las Vegas generally, so many wasted opportunities). There is a gift shop with the usual pottery etc. Staff were fairly oblivious to visitors. We opted not to stay overnight. If this is how The Alexis teats their potential clients, I will not be returning nor will I refer this to any of my associates. This is not going to look good on Yelp and other social media forums. In addition, now that I look back on everything, nowhere does it state "No Refunds". Yet, there are no refunds. Now I get a voice mail that if I do not show up for the orientation, I will be charged an additional $300. This is a SCAM. Beware....... Retraction.......
