They charged me twice. While I was arguing with them at the front desk, another guest waiting in line and had the same issue after she heard our conversation. Charged you TWICE! Please check your account. After they promised to return the money back, I still found that I did not get it yet after 5 days. I had to call the priceline do deal with it again. By the way, the constructions are so messy and smelly, almost cannot stay (4 days ago, not sure now). read more

I picked this hotel to stay at because it was the closest to the town Boligee , Alabama, where I came to attend my sister's funeral. Upon arrival the hotel appeared to be clean and the customer service was good. The room appeared to be clean, but of course I did my own cleaning as usual however when I woke up the next morning, there was a bedbug in bed with me. I was able to catch the bug in a paper towel and put it in a plastic bag. I took it to the front desk, the young lady at the front desk said "I don't want that I'm gonna throw it in the trash", so I had her call the manager. The manager told me that she had to send someone out to inspect the room before she could give me a refund, so the owner and his wife came to inspect a room. I even presented them with the bedbug and all they said was they would call me and let me know if they could issue me a refund. I have not heard one thing from that hotel. I would never stay there again. I would recommend no one ever stay there. Customer Service was terrible. They didn't even offer me an apology which is really what I would've wanted more than anything you live and you learn and I can honestly say never. again. read more

We also had to wait in the lobby to get our room, said hello and waited for a few minutes, no response. Finally called the desk phone and the guy came out to answer the phone. read more

I booked two nights through Priceline and paid in advance. Due to an emergency, I was unable to get there the first night. So when I show up the second night that I paid for already, they make up some excuse and don't honor Priceline reservation. They tell me I have to pay them directly for the second night. It is the only hotel in the area so I just paid it, but I would never recommend staying here. Very rude and made me pay for the same room twice. Not to mention that the bedding had holes in the comforters and the television did not work. read more

Paid for the room with Capital One points. Was told that I had to still give them a '139 dollar authorization fee' that would come off after I left. Two days later, they simply charged me the fee, essentially double-charging me for one mediocre hotel room, at an additional cost of 139 dollars and 52 cents. I cannot believe that this is only me that had the issue, as I watched a girl having the exact same issues when I was waiting to check in on the eve of 4/13/24. Worst part is that the room isn't even worth the price. There are weird dips in the floor throughout it. The hot water runs out extremely swiftly. The internet, at least in room 204, is abysmal, and lacking in stability. The tub had a number of dark marks, that I assume were the glue used on the tub. The staff is mostly untrained and interested only in killing time, whether it's vaping outside or watching movies. And at their continental breakfast, every bread item I took was stale, including the bagel, as if they had kept it for a week too long before serving it. There's no excuse for stealing money from customers; if your employees are too incompetent and untrained to properly do their jobs, it's time for the local group operating the hotel to send someone who can do basic clerking. The Manager, Aretha, was little help, saying she refunded it back to the card that I used for booking (a credit card that I used POINTS from to book). In the end, I disputed the unlawful and idiotic charge with my bank. Avoid this place until they hire people whose only qualification isn't 'can fog a mirror.' EDIT: When the credit card company called and confronted them, the Desk Manager then claimed 'we never charged him,' which is weird giving the conversations I've had with corporate and the Manager of the hotel where they promised to refund my money. So, not only are the employees incompetent, they're liars as well. read more

Who is rating this hotel a 4 or 5 or even a 3 for that matter. Ugh!!! We had no other choice. Could not find a hotel with a room in Meridian. Paid more than I would if I stayed at Tru. The tiled floor at the entrance to the room was slippery more like slimy. It had a very old smell. Just nasty!!! read more

Construction going on, had resverations for 4 nights but departed at 7:00 am one day early and was charged for the night because I didn't give a 24 hour notice I was checking out. The little girl at the desk was not very nice and her mom is the shift manager was extremely rude. I was complaining about the charge and all she done was sit on her jolly butt and yell at me from her office. She was a racist I think. There is not any other options at the Livingston exit so I would advise driving to Meridian MS or Tuscaloosa AL for the night. Never again will I stay there!!!!!!!! read more

In the spirit of fairness and positivity, the room was clean and the bed was sleep-able. However, you will no water pressure in the showers. You will not be greeted by any friendly staff. You may struggle to find the hotel with it being off the road, the main sign is entirely "lights out" and the hotel itself is unmarked. If you find yourself here anyways, it is my strongest recommendation that you stay away from the complimentary breakfast. Whether your reasoning be the rubbery eggs, chewy bacon, unclean waffle iron, or old milk for the cereal....just don't go to the breakfast. There is a burger king and mcdonalds on this exit, I never recommend thise places but it is FAR superior to the garbage served at this hotel. read more

I paid 81.75 for a room with no internet. That is like renting a room with no bathroom! They refused to provide compensation. 3 emails and one call to customer service were useless. Additionally, there is no elevator to the second floor. The breakfast was beyond bad. This place is just an expensive motel 6! read more

Came in in the middle of the night with a fuzzy 9month old that refused to sleep on the car sit while on a road trip, staff was great and very helpful and super friendly, the rooms were great and clean with plenty of covers, pillows and towels. Baby slept through the night and we were well rested to continue our trip read more
