My father lives in Houston from Minneapolis where he had quality care and I had no clue what to expect but he had no choice but to live in Houston. Well I called without reading anything because I was desperate. My goodness I spoke with this amazing woman and she calmed every nerve I had and told me about the difference in the help I'm asking for vs what I needed and assured me they can fit it just for him. I balled my eyes out speaking with her because I feel horrible not being there to help and she gave me my time to vent and listened ... she said she wants the same and I believe them. I just want good quality of life for him.
