The company is an excellent Home Health Care facility. The owners and staff care about their patients, along with the patient's families. The first thing I notice - they are organized - kind/sweet/patience/efficient - and professional. This was another job for them...it appeared to be a calling. My mother, a retired nurse, was their in-home hospice care patient; our family was in search of excellent care, and found it at Pavilion Home Care. They hit the ground running from the in-home consultation, throughout the journey...to the end of my Mother's life. They were spectacular. I recommend them with the highest honor. :) read more

Although Temporary Home Care did not have staffing in my area on such short notice, they recommended another company that was able to help. Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. They were very understanding and supportive of my situation, and that level of consideration and care means a lot.

I had a cracked tooth and he recommended a crown. I asked several times if I needed a root canal and he told me no every time. Even after the crown, I still had pain in that tooth for over a year and was told different reasons every single time. Long story short, I ended up with that tooth being abscessed and had to have a root canal. The endodontist who did the root canal stated that it was very iffy if the tooth could be saved. That was several years ago, and I still have pain in that tooth. It will have to be pulled and an implant placed. I would not let this man near my mouth ever again.
