I especially loved their layout of snack items and drinks in their little store. I would gladly return to this hotel. My Diamond member status was oddly never recognized by the staff nor did they have Diamond Member parking. This was odd and the only reason they didn't receive a fifth star.

Jay was very accommodating during both stays. He was particularly helpful on our return trip. We had a problem with the credit card we had used to reserve the room. Consequently, our reservation was cancelled. Using the card would have given us a better price for the room, so showing up and having no reservation meant that we would be charged the walk-in price. After explaining our problem, Jay, compassionately, gave us the room for the same price we would have paid with the reservation. In addition, each morning Jay made coffee for his guests. This was not noted in the write-up for the motel. I would suggest anyone stopping in Bonifay to take advantage of the great hospitality offered by Jay. Additionally, the motel is well kept and very convenient to I-10 interstate.
