This was my first time in, nail tech didn't say more then a few words to me, beside sit in 9, wash your hands, pick a color and all done. I thought there was a 20% discount for appointments during the week from what I read online. I drove from Tacoma. Nails are ok but the tech kept snorting her nose so that was also kinda gross. I have been to this nail salon a few times now. Once you are inside it is a beautiful, clean, and organized building. One side for manicures, one for pedicures. It's a pretty large nail salon. Everyone is friendly. They do wonderful work and really make sure to massage you well and give you the full relaxing experience. My pedicures are always relaxing and the gel polish always looks good and lasts! They make sure to do enough coats so you don't have that see-through look that some places do. Worth the money and you can also sign up with your number and earn points for rewards. I love this salon and couldn't recommend it more. read more

All the staff here are super, super kind, and the nails are top quality!!!! I highly recommend coming to this salon!! I haven't always had a great experience getting my nails done but each time I've come in with a design in mind they duplicate it perfectly. Also I can't forget to mention the retention! It's impeccable, I had no lifting at 3 weeks before getting a fill. Went in on Saturday morning with an appointment for 2 to test out a new nail salon for my bridal nails. They Got sat immediately. As we started to get our nails done other appointments of groups of 3-6 were arriving, seemed like they overbooked with the amount of people working. The guy greeting everyone was rude in my opinion (""hello" can you wait will be 40 minutes"") his tone and greeting was very stern almost sounded annoyed. Showed a picture of what I wanted which was a French ombré with nude base and chrome. Gave me a nude base and said I was all done and before I could respond he went to do someone else's nails, I responded that it wasn't what I wanted and I was left waiting there for 10 minutes till he was done with the new customer. Got a rushed nail experience, no cuticle oil (massage, etc.) My friend was left with her nails feeling tight, and acrylic all over her finger tips. Her nails hurt for the rest of the day. Not to mention very overpriced ($15 for chrome (which is a powder)) and ($15 for French tip and design). Incredibly disappointed read more

0.5/5 = Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for 4 pedicures over the phone and was specifically told our party could be taken care of all at the same time. Walked in at 5:50 for a 6:00p appointment and they didn't start on one person in our group until 6:45p. No one acknowledged us or offered a courtesy explanation for the delay before that. Had to leave because of a time crunch (which is why we made appointments in the first place) so only half our party received subpar pedicures by one tech while the other half had the pleasure of soaking our feet in lukewarm water for an hour and a half. For the other review that mentioned ethnicity, we were a mixed group with Asian/Pacific Islander and Caucasian individuals in our party. The issue is not with what one looks like, it's just a general lack of care for customers on their end. Hope that helps! read more

5 stars across the board! We stopped in here based on a video I saw on instagram with the jelly pedi. When we walked in it was a little confusing because it looks like they are remodeling (they are) but we didn't see the pedicure chairs. They are on the other side. We didn't have an appraisal but we were taken at the same time and treated to the most amazing jelly pedicure I've ever had. It includes a normal foot water massage, nail cleaning, painting, massage , bamboo stick massage, paraffin wax, hot stone massage and more. It was a good hour-ish event. It was my first time here and will 100% be back. I did a walk-in for a gel pedicure and manicure with designs and they took me in immediately. Tung did my pedicure and he did an amazing job. Took his time with prep, painting, and all the extra things part of the pedicure. Yn did my manicure with the help of Vee for some designs. Everyone was so kind and could tell they really cared about my satisfaction. 10/10 experience and pretty reasonably priced. read more

This salon came highly recommended to me when I was searching for a new spot because my nail tech retired. The staff working was friendly enough (minimal conversation was had). However my time here was not good and when I spoke up, I was dismissed. This review is being written 6 days after my fill, however my nails started chipping and breaking 2 days after my fill. I reached out to the business, and was told someone would get back to me, I haven't heard a word. I'll attach pictures of said nails so you can see that it was just simply not done right. The tech literally put a dollop of acrylic on my nail and didn't smooth it out. Again, when I said something I was dismissed. My nails are not even the same shape/size. Great salon and they do great work. I have, and will continue to support them. However, I have only one complaint. I thought long and hard about writing this because I love this salon, the owners, and did not have a negative experience until a few weeks back. I made an appointment about a week and a half out with a special request for a specific nail tech. I was called the day of my appointment to say that the nail tech could not do my nails and asked if I could come in earlier. I couldn't as I worked until afternoon. When I asked what the issue was (because she was not going to give me a reason), I was told that the online scheduling "does not work" and she nail tech was double-booked. When I booked almost two weeks ago? It just seemed sus that I got a call on that day and not before-hand. I was not and still don't buy it. Because, what's the point of choosing your nail tech if the system "does not work properly"? It wasn't a problem before? Honestly, it made me feel as if I was getting moved over in favor of the nail tech's friends/preferred customers with whom she was laughing and joking around with the whole time (3 clients -one adult and two young girls-to my one individual appt=more $$$ for the tech-I wasn't born yesterday). Did they really schedule an appointment before me or did the nail tech just take it upon herself to bump me with no explanation or even apology? That felt like bad business, TBH. And I honestly did not love that-especially as a loyal customer for years. Hoping this was an honest mistake but it felt like it wasn't. read more

My mom and I went to this salon 1/4/26 and it was a very very poor experience! Not only was the man who was in charge incredibly condescending and disrespectful he refused to do acrylics because he was pushing for builder gel. My mom and I stated multiple times I wanted a full set. This guy was argumentative and even when I noticed he was doing builder gel i said again I want acrylic he looked at me and with an attitude "yes, I got it okay". He then proceed with the builder gel. I stated again that I didn't want the builder gel and he just got up and left. In addition to this he was trash talking other nail places scathingly which is so inappropriate. No one was willing to take off the gel and do acrylic saying he was in charge. I will NEVER return to this salon and I can't recommend it at all given the tx my mom and I received. I drive an hour to my normal nail place so I am fine with going well out of my way for quality but my nails chipped same day I had them done. Was able to make a same day Saturday appt for mani and pedi on their website which was easy to use and set up. First time customer and they were very busy for late afternoon Saturday but I was in and out 1.5hours with exactly as I asked for. My girl was my nail tech for both mani & pedi which I appreciated and she continuously asked if I was ok and comfortable throughout the process. I asked for red sparkle on my toes and they look great! Great shaping and she didn't hurt me at all during the process like I've experienced at other salons. My nails I got a natural color gel with minimalist glitter French tips and I love them and it was quick- Everyone was polite and got me what I asked for in a reasonable time for how busy they were. Ive came here 3x and will say they do a good job at full sets, designs, and pedicures but the service is mid. I got the "heart warming pedicure" which includes paraffin wax & hot stones ($41) and I believe an extra $5-6 for gel? The prices are very affordable and reasonable. Every time ive come here I felt like they didnt want to talk to me and theyd talk to their other customers very easily. I also understand it being busy and trying to fit everyone in but like I said it just seems like they only want to conversate with their regulars and not new clients. Sad to say I probably wont be going here anymore because I do believe they do a great job at the services they provide but customer service is huge for me. read more
