The design process was surprisingly easy, and Kim walks you through the paperwork. On site, you deal directly with the owners, Scott, and his son Jake, both of whom respond quickly to texts/emails and are easy to talk to in person. They oversee the whole process from start to finish. About halfway through the project, I had a long list of details that I wanted to discuss with them. I felt I was being a little too picky, but they said, "Please, we want to hear about everything - our goal is to build your dream pool". They addressed every last detail and indeed, we now have our dream pool that exceeded our expectations! They told us they would complete the pool in 6 to 8 weeks after they got the permit and all of our friends said it would never happen. Well, 6 weeks and 2 days after they started, we had water in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott personally came to the house time and time again even after the pool was completed to make sure the chemicals in the pool were at the right level, and stayed at the right level. We requested assistance on this matter last February 25, 2021 via text and we were assured its a 20 minute job. Every week we were assured somebody will come to fix it and after a month - still nobody came. Our text messages are now ignored. This company will just hope to get your money and will not help you on something of their own doing. Bring your business elsewhere. NOT WORTH IT.

Our salesperson Glen first met us at our house and helped us plan a pool that would fit into our small yard. Then there was plenty of options to choose from in their showroom, and he provided us with excellent advice on the finishes and choices. Once the project got underway, there were no unpleasant surprises, and Robert the project manager became our contact. Robert operates at a next level of excellence that made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. While scheduling every step of the pool construction he kept us in the loop and was very accommodating to our requests to integrate multiple other projects into the timeline (generator and tiki hut) so that other companies had access to the yard at important moments, such as after the pool was "shot" but before the pavers went down etc. All of the contractors involved (electric, plumbing, digging, concrete, paving etc.) were professional, polite and knowledgeable and did excellent work. Jimmy, , the other Jimmy, and Travis wrapped things up with us in the final days, and again they were knowledgeable, professional and polite. This is the second time we have installed a pool from scratch (previously we did one in New Mexico), so we had a previous experience to compare this to. Natural Springs Pools was notably faster, more detailed, and more organized than our previous NM experience. We are thrilled with the final result and happy to recommend them!

If I could give them a zero star I would!!!! We paid $165/mo and our pool was perfect until we…read morehired Aqua Service Pool Service. Our pool became green and cloudy CONSISTENTLY. I husband got an ear infection and had to go to the dr for meds and this was a result of ALLLLL THE CHEMICALS they constantly put in our pool. Bryan, the Dir of Ops came out a few times himself and admitted to us that they put too many phosphates in our pool and it damaged our filter so they replaced it. The rept they give you ea week shows our CYA levels at '100' and it should be at 30-50 ppm!!! Because it's so high is the reason we get a lot of algae. Their report from this week also says they put in 3 chlorine tabs in our floater, and we have the box of chlorine tabs avail for their use and ours and I checked the floater the day aft they were here and it was 'empty' so no tabs were in there as they indicated on the report!!! Bryan cancelled our svc this week and blamed us for the condition of our pool water! What a joke!!!!! He said we turn off our jets 'regularly on the weekends' which is NOT true. Our svc in on Tuesdays and Bryan 'rarely' had to come to our home on a weekend!!!! So to say this is ridiculous. I told him that because we have a 'revolving door' of technicians and that they are the ones who set the timer for the jets, that when (which is rare) he is here on a weekend, if he comes early and the jets are not on is because his tech did not set the timer properly. I told him often, on any day, at 9:30 am the jets are still not on so I turn them on manually and they eventually go off on their own later in the eve and the next day I begin the same process of having to turn them on manually. Bryan also blamed our dog for being in the pool and creating the condtiion of our pool. Again, bullshit!! Our dog is a small 12 lb dog and is rarely in the pool. He goes about 4 feet in and then is directed to the stairs to exit. He only goes in the pool when my husband is in the pool. I don't go in the pool, rarely and my husband only once in a while. We were also told by our tech that there is constantly stuff floating n the air like pollen that does this to the pool. Not true. We have neighbors and their pool is perfect so the stuff in the air is not hurting their pool. Aqua, accept the blame for what you did to our pool and know that the review I am writing is one of many reviews of its kind written by others about your company.

Larry the owner was contacted. He angrily accused us of shutting off pool pump and adding too much water. He also said we could swim in it with the green algae. He never can out to look. We gave his pool tech 2 more visits hoping he would correct the problem but it didn't happen. So we had to fire them. When new service can out they fixed the problem but also stated pool filter must not have been back washed the whole time as it was like mud when they did it. I would not recommend them to anyone because if you have a problem with their service it must be you!

Make sure you dot your i's and cross your t's. My son had a crack in his beam which in turn cracked…read more3 of his coping tiles and for what ever reason loosened the next 30 next to these. He had the owner out to look at the problem and he said " this is a common problem here". He blamed the problem solely on him by saying the water was above the skimmer which in turn caused the mortar to disintegrate and left us with what we have now. After demolition of the coping is when we realized the beam cracking was the real culprit here not a pool having too much water which I thought seemed strange being a pool is meant to hold water, it is it's only job. My biggest problem with him is the fact that he was quick to blame before looking into this further. So as it turns out we are financially responsible for the repairs and he just walks away. This is way too big of a problem with contractors in this world today. Just please use this info in your search for your contractor and have documentation in writing as to what you expect from this experience years after the project is complete. I met the particularly rude and entitled owner of this small family-owned company once at my pool…read more He immediately lacked both professionalism and manners, was highly inappropriate and unapologetic throughout the whole interaction, and demanded to get answers to his questions on matters that were none of his business simply because he couldn't take being politely told he wasn't allowed to show up outside of the scheduled time frame he had been given and wasn't respecting. He proceeded to calling my property manager in retaliation, lying about my behavior and making it seem like the whole incident was on me being rude to him. The pool itself is supposed to be cleaned once a week but the worker he sends is systematically gone within less than 10 minutes and regularly leaves stuff at the bottom. I've also never seen them brush the pool walls or do any pump or filter maintenance. An independent pool inspector I contracted myself at some point told me the pool equipment was in bad shape, neglected and that this company is guilty of gross malpractice.

Her first day I discovered dirt on sides and bottom that came off with brush. Finally quit and when new sample of water was taken, the pool required five new bags of salt. Same reason I left last company and this was by design and not by accident. Hire these people at your own peril.
