Then there was plenty of options to choose from in their showroom, and he provided us with excellent advice on the finishes and choices. Once the project got underway, there were no unpleasant surprises, and Robert the project manager became our contact. Robert operates at a next level of excellence that made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. While scheduling every step of the pool construction he kept us in the loop and was very accommodating to our requests to integrate multiple other projects into the timeline (generator and tiki hut) so that other companies had access to the yard at important moments, such as after the pool was "shot" but before the pavers went down etc. All of the contractors involved (electric, plumbing, digging, concrete, paving etc.) were professional, polite and knowledgeable and did excellent work. Jimmy, , the other Jimmy, and Travis wrapped things up with us in the final days, and again they were knowledgeable, professional and polite. This is the second time we have installed a pool from scratch (previously we did one in New Mexico), so we had a previous experience to compare this to. I hired Express Pools to fill and service my brand-new PebbleTec pool, a project that cost me over $20,000. This was just 1.5 years ago. Since the install, Express Pools has been the only company to touch the pool. Recently, I discovered extensive scaling on not only the PebbleTec finish but also on the pool tiles, indicating this was not a product issue, but likely a maintenance failure. When I contacted the owner, he dismissed it as a PebbleTec problem, despite visible scaling on the tiles. I reviewed surveillance footage and discovered that the pool technician was often on-site for less than two minutes. This raises serious concerns about the quality and consistency of care. I was promised months ago that this would be addressed by the owner. To date, nothing has been done. As a result, I now have costly damage that is not covered under warranty. On top of that, we recently hosted my child's birthday party, and several kids left in tears with burning, bloodshot eyes. I was mortified. This company has been negligent, unresponsive, and dismissive. I hope this review spares another family from the same stress and financial loss.

If I could give them a zero star I would!!!! We paid $165/mo and our pool was perfect until we…read morehired Aqua Service Pool Service. Our pool became green and cloudy CONSISTENTLY. I husband got an ear infection and had to go to the dr for meds and this was a result of ALLLLL THE CHEMICALS they constantly put in our pool. Bryan, the Dir of Ops came out a few times himself and admitted to us that they put too many phosphates in our pool and it damaged our filter so they replaced it. The rept they give you ea week shows our CYA levels at '100' and it should be at 30-50 ppm!!! Because it's so high is the reason we get a lot of algae. Their report from this week also says they put in 3 chlorine tabs in our floater, and we have the box of chlorine tabs avail for their use and ours and I checked the floater the day aft they were here and it was 'empty' so no tabs were in there as they indicated on the report!!! Bryan cancelled our svc this week and blamed us for the condition of our pool water! What a joke!!!!! He said we turn off our jets 'regularly on the weekends' which is NOT true. Our svc in on Tuesdays and Bryan 'rarely' had to come to our home on a weekend!!!! So to say this is ridiculous. I told him that because we have a 'revolving door' of technicians and that they are the ones who set the timer for the jets, that when (which is rare) he is here on a weekend, if he comes early and the jets are not on is because his tech did not set the timer properly. I told him often, on any day, at 9:30 am the jets are still not on so I turn them on manually and they eventually go off on their own later in the eve and the next day I begin the same process of having to turn them on manually. Bryan also blamed our dog for being in the pool and creating the condtiion of our pool. Again, bullshit!! Our dog is a small 12 lb dog and is rarely in the pool. He goes about 4 feet in and then is directed to the stairs to exit. He only goes in the pool when my husband is in the pool. I don't go in the pool, rarely and my husband only once in a while. We were also told by our tech that there is constantly stuff floating n the air like pollen that does this to the pool. Not true. We have neighbors and their pool is perfect so the stuff in the air is not hurting their pool. Aqua, accept the blame for what you did to our pool and know that the review I am writing is one of many reviews of its kind written by others about your company.

It's pollen season so pollen has entered the pool cage and into the bottom of the pool. So why was there pollen at the bottom of the pool after the cleaning? There's stains at the bottom of the pool from the pollen. As a "partner", why wouldn't Aquaserv offer a solution into this? Why does calcium still appear 3 months later after I was told it would take a few weeks to get the balance correct? This is enough for me to move on. While I would reach out to Bryan for these issues and others, he'd get back to me but not address other questions I asked him. There shouldn't be this much follow up when you hire a company to do their job.
