Jump to a year later they want to send me a lease renewal, I attempted to sign and add a new tenant. They neglect to respond back to me. They neglect to submit proper paperwork for my renewal and now they want to illegally make my rent payment 300 more than the month to month price they themselves quoted me do not rent from these scam artists they don't even do their jobs and just want your money. Not to mention I pay for a smart home and NOTHING about this home is smart. The amenities I pay extra for are non functioning.
