They also check the efficiency of our unit, and discovered that it was a little low on coolant, so they topped that off. Also, they helped me with some advice about what kind of filter to use in our furnace so as not to restrict the airflow. Turns out we had too dense a filter installed, and it was choking the whole system, and causing the AC to work harder.
