We had questions before payment was rendered and because we wanted to know what we were paying for as far as hours and the time they were there before we paid, apparently she didn't want to be questioned. Mind you she was rarely on time. It was always Im leaving another patient but I'm on my way, but we're paying for specific times.On top of that she didn't reach out to let someone know they were not coming and left my Grandmother in the home alone for an entire day. Anything could have happened. Super unprofessional! If she cared about the care of the elderly, leaving a patient in a home by themselves without notifying the family would have never happened. Lastly, she cancelled our contract last minute without a notice because she said we failed to pay which is false. The first time we were late, not due to funds, my Aunt just forgot (human error) and this last time we needed answers to our questions as to why it was so high when they were only there half a day, didn't come at all, or were late. her policy states she needs a 14 day notice before cancellation. She gave us no notice and now we're scrambling to find care for my Grandmother! COMMUNICATION needs to be worked on!
