The menu on the truck listed meats of pulled pork, beef brisket, baby-back ribs, and chicken and sides of potato salad, coleslaw, mac & cheese, BBQ baked beans, baked potato, French fries, cornbread, and bread roll. Platters and family meals are available, and customers also have the option to customize a sandwich, wrap, salad, etcetera. I ordered the Family Meal with 4 pieces of chicken, 8 ounces of pulled pork, 8 ounces of beef brisket, a half rack of ribs, 4 cornbread muffins, one large potato salad, and one large baked beans for a total of $62.
