Central Bank in Belton Missouri has very rude customer service they do not keep paperwork they do…read morenot provide the customer with any transaction information they say they give your provisional credit they can't prove it and then 3 months later take it out of your bank account when you're not even aware of it and then from their nose as if they're not accountable and too bad we'll just close your account that is unacceptable practice and behavior for any institution let alone some banking institution this institution needs to be held accountable for their lack of records their inability to maintain accounting procedures they're rude customer service they're lying and getting people to run around not providing anything they filed disputes on something I never filed they messed up they didn't incorrectly and then act as if they're not responsible too bad so sad something needs to be done to this banking institution so that they understand you cannot rip people off you're no better than the fees and the scammers that do it if you take money out of someone's bank account you damn well better have paperwork as to why you did it I have spent 48 endless hours loss of work loss of income stress in the hospital with an anxiety attack do to this bridge location 48 hours later I'm still no closer to any proof then when I requested 48 hours ago this is totally unacceptable and they should have to answer for this

Let me…read morestart by saying my family and I have been with Mazuma since 1988 (I believe it was called Federal Employees Credit Union back then) and in all of these years and 100's of employees later-THOMAS wins it all! He is AMAZING! So much so that I have never before written a review for Mazuma although I always receive awesome, excellent care. Joseph just stood out-went out of his way to help me and was very knowledgeable regarding my account. He also greeted me when I first came in and made me feel right at home! This is always so important me! It is who you meet right in the beginning that makes it or breaks it! I actually live out of State now but was visiting family close by the bank. My daughter needed something notarized to secure a lease for college and it had to be sent in that day. It doesn't sound like a big deal-but it was to me. I needed THOMAS to help me retrieve the letter from my email, notarize it, and then he sent via email the document to me to forward. I was clueless and he took care of everything. Bless his heart.
