Tha branch manager Deborah Hibler is so rude. She didn't…read morewant to do my deposits because they were large amounts and she asked me to come back later because she didn't want to deal with that amount of money. She put me aside, and I asked her for the money back, she said I need to wait till she attends other customers that arrived after me if I want the deposits to be done. I told her I need the deposits because I had to go to work and I was in a hurry so I told her I can go to another branch if she can't do the deposits. She ignored me, I asked her again for the money back and she said I needed to wait. So she made wait for the money back and didn't even do my deposits. She just made me stand there because she wanted to, she had my money and she new she wasn't going to do the deposits. How come she is a branch manager with and actitud and rude to regular customers. She also has made deposits with the wrong amount without telling us. When I have realize the deposits are wrong and make a claim they just told us the correct amount was deposited. They said at the end of the day the manager takes care of that and if and amount of money is over or short she writes it down. But this hasn't happen, so what is happening with our money when they do wrong amount of deposits?! Because they weren't wrong they just do it short and we last money, it was small amounts but still what is happening with that money?
