It was a hard financial decision for a retiree, but I had it done. Lower denture never fit properly and I returned for adjustment. Less than a month later I had to return again. The dentist, Dr. Musashi, was rude, kept interrupting me when I tried to explain I was in pain and felt like the lower denture was not properly made. I was not allowed to finish a sentence. I had a note for reference, but she dismissed it rudely with, "We do it OUR WAY, not yours." Her bullying and tone escalated to the point of it being elder abuse. I am nearly 90 years old and was being treated like a child. Even at my age I won't allow anyone to roll over me in such a disrectful manner. When she interrupted repeatedly and raised her voice to me, I responded by saying, "I need to talk to you please don't interrupt me." She then said loudly, "GO AHEAD AND TALK!" When I did, she bolted out of room screaming and running "Call the police." I was dumbfounded. I just got up and left. No resolution. Is this the way a doctor is supposed to conduct themselves? TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Steer clear of this facility. Her reviews are poor, lowest they can be. It's a shame I can't give a -0.

My first review of DentalHome was glowing. Things have changed. I first want to say that my…read moredoctor, Dr Pittman, may have had no choice in how this was handled, so I will not at this time apply it to her. Dr. Chen, the decision maker, is to blame here. I apologize for the length of this review, but it is important for you to see the whole picture. About 6 months ago they had a new set of dentures made for me. That went well and is the reason for my first glowing review. However, in the last two weeks, the bottoms developed a crack that eventually caused them to break in half. I went to the practice and they said they would order a new pair no charge to me. That came in today. While waiting for them to arrive, the top ones started to crack, or as Dr Pittman told me, the veneer is cracking. I asked them to make another set of the tops. I had my previous pair for over twenty years. I take very good care of my belongings. I also now live an hour away from the practice. They went to talk with Dr Chen and rather than speaking for herself, they sent someone (I didn't get her name, but she was dressed in hygienist scrubs) in to tell me they wanted my new set I just got back and they were going to send me a refund. I told them they could not have the bottom set I just got fitted this very day back. Since I couldn't force them to have a new top set made, they said they would refund half my money. It's very difficult dealing with dentures when you can't wear them. I haven't eaten solid food for 8 days and the pain has been tough. On top of it all, I am disabled and everything I do is difficult. Dr Chen should be ashamed of herself. I recommend you not use their service, but do whatever you want. I really have given up caring.

He does his best to make the experience as pain free as possible through distracting conversation and gentle techniques. I have been to many dentists and can honestly say that he is the only one that I actually didn't dread my next appointment with. He listens to his patients and takes time with them, and he does good work. I have never recommended a dentist to anyone in my life, but I highly recommended Dr. Clark.
