Here we are over a year from when I got my braces and they…read moreare still not fixed because they rushed through my treatment (my gaps were barely closed when they took off my braces and I told Dr. Hernandez several times about my concern for my gap not being closed while my braces were still on), they didn't put in the permanent retainer like Dr. Jones promised, and missed that I suddenly have a "condition" making my teeth move even with wearing my retainer. Despite my *new* found condition according to Dr. Hernandez, they promised that my treatment was insured for up to a year before I agreed to allow them to treat me the first time. I was told it would be fixed and that was over a month ago. I still don't have any treatment in motion. This office has extremely unprofessional staff and they will not schedule your appointment and avoid you for weeks. How hard is it to have an active schedule? Why is the orthodontist suddenly only there on the day I can't come in so they don't have to fix their mistake? They tried to bring me in over a month ago to make up excuses for my returning gap like "your teeth won't fit together", "there is contact", etc. My teeth will fit together because I have only had this gap since I have gotten my wisdom teeth taken out and I have pictures of them together and there is very clearly still a gap of a similar size to before I got my braces on. This orthodontics has caused me so much stress and has wasted so much time and money for me. I would use a different one if you can. They bait you into signing the contract with their fakeness, but then once they have you their whole personality changes and then they are just pushing you through like a commodity and in this case didn't even perform properly or professionally. I am scared to even allow Dr. Hernandez to fix my teeth because of how passive aggressive they are and how much they have lied to me about my teeth once they got my money. (They said my gap would close on its own - trying to avoid responsibility at all costs). I will probably have to spend even more money at another orthodontist if they do something worse to my teeth. Now it seems like they are trying to stall to get over that year point of insurance or are just being passive aggressive, either way, I am completely over it. I am done with the lies and unprofessionalism. I may have to contact the GDA and get a consultation from another orthodontist to see if they are actually telling the truth. If things don't get into motion soon and Kathy stops lying to both my mother and I about scheduling my appointment to get my treatment, I may have to take further action.

The dentist, Dr. Musashi, was rude, kept interrupting me when I tried to explain I was in pain and felt like the lower denture was not properly made. I was not allowed to finish a sentence. I had a note for reference, but she dismissed it rudely with, "We do it OUR WAY, not yours." Her bullying and tone escalated to the point of it being elder abuse. I am nearly 90 years old and was being treated like a child. Even at my age I won't allow anyone to roll over me in such a disrectful manner. When she interrupted repeatedly and raised her voice to me, I responded by saying, "I need to talk to you please don't interrupt me." She then said loudly, "GO AHEAD AND TALK!" When I did, she bolted out of room screaming and running "Call the police." I was dumbfounded. I just got up and left. No resolution. Is this the way a doctor is supposed to conduct themselves?
