After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. It took me awhile to find Roy, aka Matthew, but when I did I hit the jackpot. He helped me over the phone one afternoon while he was working, then again at night by text when I hadn't expected to hear back until the following day or who knows... perhaps never. With his help I bought a clamp but he was concerned about the photo I sent fearing with good reason the clamp would only be a temporary fix. So he came the next afternoon, put the clamp on and then crawled under the house to ascertain the extent of my problem.
