I needed the ENTIRE water line replaced all the way from the house to the street, which was going to be complicated because we live on a slope and have rocky landscaping. I asked Steve tough questions, including whether his team had ever drilled a brand new line in such rough terrain, which he assured me he had. I told Steve, "I want this done once, I want it done right, and I don't want to have to worry about it again." Steve and Done Right Plumbing delivered! They installed a brand new water line, a new pressure release valve, and managed to do the whole thing without digging a trench! It is now December 2025, and despite repeated calls and constant reassurances that the refund is "being processed," nothing has been returned to us. At this point, their lack of communication, failure to honor the agreement, and ongoing delays have left us no choice but to involve legal counsel to recover the money we are owed. While their "contract" states 30% nonrefundable, I cannot accept that their failure to perform, bad faith, unjust enrichment, and potential breach of contract would be an excuse to have them keep the money that's rightfully ours.
