I was on a work trip from Ca and stopped in at Commercial Tire -- my company has us on the road for 60,000-80,000miles a year so I encounter a lot of auto shops and I've never had such great support not being from the area, Jairo actually tried helping me out on some spare trailer tires that I had and been losing air and even knowing I may not purchase anything, he went above and beyond checking all of my tires, switching wheels with tires from my spares. I stayed a night in Twin falls on a trip from the west coast of Canada to Georgia. I woke up with a very flat tire and this was the closest tire place. I managed to get my car there and they took me in right away. They were super friendly and didn't even charge me for the tire repair!! They sent me safely on my way. I am so thankful. I'm sorry I don't know anyone in Idaho to recommend them to personally because I am so impressed. With behaviour like this you know they won't over charge you or do anything unscrupulous. Had a screw in my left rear tire and was expecting to pay at least $20.00 to get it fixed! This place is awesome no charge for flat repair! Mind you they had to pull tire and rim off truck remove tire from rim remove screw then put a plug patch inside tire put back on rim balance tire put back on truck and tork lug nuts If I could give them 100 stars I would great place very nice people ! I've been really impressed by every commercial tire in general, but this commercial tire has the friendliness staff I've encountered yet. The manager makes sure you're taken care of to the best of his ability, all with a smile on his face. The store is clean, and well maintained. They go out of their way to get the tire you need either that day or by the next. I've never had a problem using this company and especially this store. It's conveniently located in an easy to access part of town. You can walk to a shopping center just down the road if you don't want to wait while your car is being serviced. They offer a variety of free services, whether you're a previous customer or not- free flat repairs, they'll air up your tires, free alignment checks and if you're on your way out of town, they'll do a safety check for you. These people are the best! I had never been here before I bought my used truck three years ago. Now it's the only place I will go. Perfect example of their awesomeness: I stopped in at 4:30pm. They close at 5. I asked if they could do a tire rotation and instead of saying "no" the sweet woman at the counter w awesome cool hair said, "let me ask!" Isn't that all we really want as customers? For someone to be helpful. Anyway... she came back and said "they can do it!" So not only was she helpful but so was the guy in back who could have taken his last 30 minutes easy. We got a nail in our tire driving from Salt Lake City to Oregon. We made a pit stop in Twin Falls at Commercial Tire to get it fixed. Cameron was so professional and quick. He said it would be 45 minutes so we grabbed lunch at 486 Elevation (which was fabulous overlooking the canyon). As we were driving back he called and said it was finished. Somehow my vehicle gained a free-riding construction screw in a near-new tire that had to be removed quickly. Vince was awesome, great customer service, tended to my tire within minutes and did everything (including the remounting of the tire on a curved alloy wheel that could have sustained damage otherwise) with care. I have been a loyal customer for a while at the Gooding location. My wife's car needed a oil change ,so I set a appointment to get it done at a twinfalls location.. I went in a half hour early hoping they can get her car in early. I understood that they could not. However it took just shy of 3 hours to complete oil change.. I was very upset of the time it took. I had lots to do that day and time is valuable... After the job was done. The manager gave me my keys I asked what I owed him. He admitted that it was unprofessional to take that long to do the job. He never charged me a dime.. The job was done good. Also very good job solving the issue..I will bring my truck in next week. Hopefully it won't take so long. During a cross country trip from Seattle to New Orleans, we stumbled upon a nasty piece of metal on I84 which gave us a flat and put a huge damper on our trip! We stopped by Commercial Tire and waited until they opened. We were greeted but Casey, who was extremely friendly and helpful! He found the piece of metal and repaired the tire. I took my car in this morning with a flat, was a bit worried because I had a 600 mile drive in front of me and didn't want to wait forever. They had my flat patched and ready to go in 30 mins! Dropped the car off on Monday morning and headed out of town for a few days. Stopped by Thursday afternoon when we got back into town. Car not done! The Burley store sent the wrong tire size. You'd think they could get a new set of tires on a car in 4 days. I'll think twice about buying tires from this store again. read more
