They were also prompt and courteous nowadays you barely get acknowledged I had a flat only about five blocks and I went and I bought $800 tires and they still charged me $75 to come out five blocks put a doughnut on that took him five minutes so I was pretty disappointed so I'm gonna start checking around I've never comparison checked and to top it off, this is the second time I had to have a tire fixed and they didn't even put the tire donut back or jack just left it out for me to put it away properly read more

Les Schwab never disappoints any time I have a tire issue that needs repair. This location has highly professional staff that treat customers like family when they come in for service. I had a slow leak in a tire, and the moment I saw my tire pressure gauge showing a slow leak in one of my tires I knew just where to go. Greeted in the parking lot by Jared, and they were able to get to work on the problem right away. They even checked with me since I have custom valve stem caps, (they have been getting stuck lately) before using tools to pull them off. That is the type of consideration that is becoming very rare to find with service shops. Got me back on the road with no hassle. They did not even charge me for the flat repair. Is it just me, or does Schwab's treat ALL girls who walk in like they are clueless dumb girls? I came in because my low tire pressure light was on. These were brand new tires. (3 months old) so I figured something was up. I asked them to please actually check my tires because I was going on a lengthy road trip that weekend. Of course, the guy told me he would just check the air pressure and I would be good to go. (ugh.) So, my passenger front was low and he filled it up. Sunday while I was driving home SURPRISE my tire light comes on again. I still have about 100+ miles to home. :| I go back in on Monday morning, get there at 9:30 and wait 1.5 hours to get my car in. Turns out there WAS a screw in my tire. I knew it. So, they repaired it and cost me a lot of time. I wish they just would have checked the first time. I hate going into Schwabs. read more

My low tire pressure light came on. My front left tire was really low so I topped it off, but a few days later it came back on. This cycle repeated for a little over a week before I had an afternoon off and I dropped by Les Schwab in the hopes they could check my tire without an appointment. I explained the slow leak and said I wanted them to identify the leak and fix it if they could or replace the tire if they couldn't. They squeezed me in and after an hour one of their techs came out and told me he couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. He then told me that I was driving on snow tires and that he couldn't recommend only changing the one tire to an all-weather tire. I was unprepared to buy 4 new tires so I told him I'd have to wait. My dad recommended his mechanic instead. I was finally able to get over there and in 15 minutes he found a screw in my tire, repaired it, and rotated it to the back. Makes me wonder how a tire shop missed a screw if they were trying to identify an unknown leak. read more

I took my vehicle into Les Schwab to get a tire repaired. Unfortunately, I didn't have the key for the locking lug nuts, as I bought the vehicle used and didn't realize this was even a thing. The crew at Les Schwab was able to get the locking lug nuts off and replaced them with non-locking nuts. They also repaired by flat tire, gave me a complimentary alignment check and only charged me for the replacement lug nuts. They amazing, and I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else. Creighton and Albert saved our road trip! My sisters and I were traveling from California to our mothers house in Star Idaho, when our tire blew on the freeway. With it being so close to 6 we were worried we wouldn't make it to the store in time to get a tire and continue our trip. I went in that morning. My car told me the tire pressure was low, so I aired it up and went to Les Schwab. The guy came out looked at my tire. There was a piece of wire little bit bigger. Maybe that paperclip sucks through the tire. yeah, that should be no problem. It was not there the sidewall it was right in the middle of the tread, I've had dozens of tires patched because the damage was in the middle of the trip. They can't do anything with the sidewall where this was would've been no problem just to put a patch on it if it was damaged anymore but a bigger patch on it he told me I needed new tires. I told him just fix that one. He said he couldn't do it because of the damage was so bad, so I called my wife and told her what was going on. Told her what they said I know if you have an all-wheel-drive car and you lose a tire you cannot replace just one tire on an all wheel drive. My car is not an all wheel drive no reason to replace all four they were standing in the back of the office having a pretty good laugh at my expense. I told him I wanted the three tires back because I can use those for a spare or replace one of the others if it is too bad to replace, I didn't think about it at the time I should've gotten the tire that was damaged so I could take it to somewhere else and ask them their opinion about it and they could've fixed it. We had an account there for many years. My wife's father has had an account for a lot longer than we are members, we may just have to find another tire store. There are a few around town so all a few other drivers out there keep a eye out for the bandits of Les Schwab. I don't know if they have a quota or they just didn't the way I looked my wife was so upset over this whole deal. She was in tears and with all of our medical bills were lucky to make a week to week. I would not use this store. The employees here took advantage of my 82-year-old grandfather when he was trying to buy a new set of tires for me as a wedding present. An employee named Albert lied about not having a certain cheaper tire and forced my grandfather to pay for a more expensive one. Because he paid extra, my grandfather didn't want to have to pay for balancing the tires. When the tires were on and weren't balanced, my grandfather spoke to the manager, Dave. After discussion, Dave said okay we will take care of it and pulled the car into the garage. It sat there for 30 minutes and they gave the keys back to my grandfather and said it was balanced. My grandfather had to drive a shaky car home. I called the manager to ask what happened. The manager didn't take responsibility or apologize for the incident and said it was my grandfather's fault for not paying. Don't do business here. They are liars and scam the elderly. read more

Out of fairness for Les Schwab, I needed to do an updated review. Curt at Les Schwab tried to seal my tire, but the next day it was so flat, I couldn't drive to work. So I called him, and Curt came out later that morning and took off the flat tire and put my spare on for me. Charged me nothing for the first visit or the second to my home! I will be buying my next set of tires- before the months up, from them. I've always purchased my tires from them- but I didn't always get this kind of service! Thank you Curt. read more

Absolutley the worst service ever. Got a flat on our trailer and still have to drive another 10 hours or so through Idaho and Washington, so too far to chance it. Quick search to find the nearest Les Schwab ... big mistake. We pull in and go inside to see what can be done and are told to pull around back. An HOUR later, hubby goes back in to see how much longer as it will now be pushing midnight for us to get to our destination. We were not even put in the schedule for service! So, after another hour, watching multiple cars come, get serviced, and leave, hubby goes back in and are told someone will be out shortly. About 10 minutes later, a guy comes out and pulls the tire off of the wheel, leans it up against the wall and walks away. Great! At least that's progress right? Wishful thinking. So, another half hour goes by, back in to see what the hold up is. We are told they have had two hour two hour wait periods all day. Really? They couldn't have told us that two hours ago? Or wait ... Haven't we already waited two and a half hours? One tire, already off the trailer, replace it, balance it. That's it. Almost three hours. I haven't even touched on the employee rudeness. Ridiculous. Im not one to leave bad reviews unless warranted and do try to leave good reviews if i can. All I can say I'd go somewhere else! read more

The staff here is incredible. Came in with California plates (obviously not a local) and a tire pressure warning light on the dashboard. They immediately checked my tire pressure, found the culprit, and filled it with air at no charge. I asked them to check the tire as well, so they removed the wheel, found an embedded nail, removed it and fixed the puncture--also at no charge, and with a smile. I love Les Schwab however today my experience was rather embarrassing due to the fact that when I went to pay for my service I was told my card was declined. So I took initiative to run to my Bank only to find out that I did have the money in checking. I don't know if something's wrong with their machine but the service writer had me run to get money telling me that my card was declined and it was very embarrassing. I was going to call to talk to a manager but I didn't want to waste those guys time, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. So blessed to have fortuitously met Mike at a random gas station in a podunk town an hour outside of Twin Falls! My mom and I were four hours outside of California in a rental when we noticed a leak in the left front tire. We filled the tire once before having to stop a second time. This is where we met a sweet family who happened to be waiting for Mike to fix their flat (seemingly in the middle of nowhere). They were kind enough to inform Mike of our situation and he, then, was kind enough to follow us all the way back to Les Schwab where he proceeded to repair the leak within 20 minutes and FOR FREE! While in the past I have been pleased with their courteous service, I will not spend one more dime here. In the last year I've bought numerous tires, brakes, rotors, and had alignments done. I've spent well over 2000 dollars. In the last month 3 of my tires have gotten holes from screws. This damage is supposed to be covered under the warranty. Each time I'm told the tread is too worn and they won't fix it and I have to buy a new tire. These tires with the worn tread are only 6 months old. Les Schwab says it's my fault because of alignment. Today was the last straw. They did the alignment 3 months ago and still say the tread ware is my fault. Immediately took it somewhere else and they not only fixed it but told me my tire still had some life and tread. This place is a racket. read more

I'm sure this is probably a better store than I am rating, BUT! I called the store to get prices on a specific brand of tires for my RV. The sales person indicated they would have to call their distributor to get what I wanted, then tried to sell me what they carry. I said I didn't want what they carried, I wanted this specific brand. He said "no problem" and he would call me with price and delivery time. Never heard a word. No need for me to call again. Amazing service. I was traveling through got a flat. and unfortunately my car has unique tires. The tire was ruined. Joe Daviston. Spent an hour trying to find me anther tire. ( It was a Sat) and could not. I wanted to get home and did not want to stay till Monday. So he did a repair on the one I had...extra large patch....warned me he did not think it will last but would maybe get me home. Then after spending over an hour on me....he did not charge me anything. He said since he could not guarantee his work he was not going to charge me. My wife and I were heading through Twin Falls on our way to the East Coast when we had to drive through a stretch of road upon which an oil/gravel mixture had just been lain. Our car started squealing. We stopped in at Les Schwab on Blue Lakes Blvd. It was fifteen minutes before closing. We had no appointment. We were not regular customers. In fact, we likely will never be seen there again. Yet, they took us in, jacked up the car, took the wheels off, scooped out a bunch of stones, blew compressed air all around including in the engine compartment. Then they refused to take any money! I tried hard to pay them, even tip them, but Gabe (the man who worked on our car) said "No, sir. We are well taken care of here, sir. You have a nice day." I am still flabbergasted. read more
