What a fun stop to check out! It's in an industrial area so lots of parking around it. Always a friendly place to walk in, have a beer and chat it up. Beer menu is great. The beer list is on the smaller side, but all the bases are covered--especially if you're an IPA fan (they usually have a few on deck). This microbrewery is located in the same strip mall as the del taco and Starbucks on Valley. There's a lot of parking but you might have to walk if it is really busy. There are a few tables inside and outside. I love that the menu is constantly rotating with really creative and delicious beers, seltzers, and the occasional slush. Common corners partners with the Ten Rens/Green Shaker a few doors down so you can order food from there or bring your own food! Yum! Get the Tropic Like It's Hot! It's a mango sticky rice beer, which sounds weird I know. But it's perfect for those of us who think beer is too bitter. You definitely taste the mango first, then get hints of sticky rice afterwards. Definitely unique! I also tried their cola/cherry seltzer. The beers here are decent and the staff is very friendly. They have a post about their daily food related trucks or popups and they even have dj sets from time to time. Their decor is very cool and gives a very inviting vibe. The letters to you and stick shift were the highlights of the beer. Good mixture between sours and ipas and light beers. This brewery is tucked away in an unassuming strip mall (with PLENTY of parking). There is a small area for outdoor seating and TONS of seating indoors. We were drawn to this brewery due to the limited release seltzers that are on rotation. Pandan Ube Seltzer?! Watermelon coconut milk seltzer?! Unfortunately, these were the releases that we missed, but we got to try the honeydew slush and the Tropic like it's Hot (mango sticky rice fruited ale). The mango sticky rice ale was GOOD. Almost too good. Dangerously good. It had a great mouth feel and was mango forward and leaves you with a sticky rice aftertaste. I'm not sure how they accomplished this, but I'm all for it. The honeydew slush was EVEN MORE DANGEROUS. It was so refreshing to sit in the brewery's AC'd tasting room, playing games, and slurping down this slushie. It was very sweet and had ZERO alcohol taste. They have other beers and seltzers that aren't as dangerous, but who DOESN'T want to live dangerously? (hahajk). We also tried the "unworthy" that tasted great at first but soon after tasted like medicine. Thankfully, the staff is nice and friendly and allowed patrons to try before they buy. read more

I loved the lively and inviting ambience here. We walked in on a Friday night right before 6 and it was already packed but we managed to snag a table in the back. Ironically, I'm not someone who likes beer so I ordered the Gonna Drink A Lot of Peaches Slush and it was so sweet and masked most of the alcohol flavor. It was very easy and fun to drink so I went on to drink #2: Mango Sticky Rice seltzer. I don't know how they did it but it tasted exactly like that with the strong mango flavor and subtle notes of coconut for the "sticky rice" part of the drink. It was also very creamy and thick rather than smooth. Been meaning to stop by here to try their fun flavors but is a bit out of the way for me so haven't had a chance to drop in until tonight. Was very excited to be told we arrived in time for Happy Hour. Has three different drinks and each one was great (a Negroni seltzer, a guava coconut seltzer, and a hazy ipa). I recently had a Negroni seltzer at Green Cheek and have to say this one edges out a win between the two. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Crowd was chill. Boise level was mostly ok (besides a small group of overly excited friends hanging out). We brought our own food from a restaurant with no complaints (honestly, my bad, we brought some stinky food and didn't get any dirty looks - which I'm thankful for). Will return sooner than later. What a fun, local find for my boyfriend and me to stumble upon. We love trying craft beer in our free time, so we can definitely foresee ourselves coming by when we're in the mood for quality drinks and want to relax. There are even a bunch of games (everything from UNO to Connect Four to Incohearant) and movies playing via projector to help guests unwind. I tried the "Lies in the Eyes of Love", a pastry stout sweetened with toasted coconut and bourbon aged maple syrup. It was so good, definitely dessert-like, and so different from anything I've ever tried in terms of beer. Apparently, their offerings rotate fairly often, so I'm excited at the prospect of coming by and trying something new each time. By all means I'm not a beer drinker but I come back here whenever I'm in the area for their seltzers! They're full of flavor and not like any I've had. I really enjoy their Pandan, Mango Sticky Rice and Lychee seltzer. Their tap list rotates weekly so I'd recommend checking their Instagram to see what they're offering. On the weekends they have alcoholic slushies and food vendors. You can also bring your own food, or order food from TenRen and they'll deliver it to you since they're a couple doors down. I was first introduced to this place through a little night market being held in the parking lot with vendors, but also have been back since! It's a really chill vibe inside, where you could go to catch up with friends, read a book, hang by yourself, or even bring your laptop to do work. My friend and I ended up bringing our laptops and hung out. They have a large variety of crafted beers and I love that most of it is being made in the back of the establishment. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microbrewery in Walnut as it makes for a great addition for anyone who is local. The brewery isn't huge but it has a fairly decent amount of indoor seating as well as a few outdoor seating options. I had looked through Yelp and saw a handful of Asian-inspired beers using flavors like pandan, calamansi and ube so I was really excited to give this place a try. To my disappointment however, the only Asian-inspired beer was a calamansi flavored beer which happened to be sold out that day. They had about 10 beers on tap and I opted for their "Double Scoop" which was a rice IPA ($8) followed by their "Told You So" ($6), a German Pils, as well as their "Make You Pop" ($8), a Hazy IPA. I really enjoyed their "Double Scoop" and "Told You So" however, I was not a fan of their Hazy IPA. Personally, it had a really unpleasant aftertaste that I just couldn't get past. Just so you know, this place serves alcohol - LOL. we've had the pandan drink, and the Lolo's Ale (has a hint of calamansi, a Filipino small citrusy type fruit. When we chatted with the owner, he mentioned that the calamansi is from the tree of his wife's relative (her Dad I think?) and he asked for the drink to be named after him since they were going to use the fruit from his tree. What a great background story as to the reason for the Lolo's Ale. It wasn't too strong. It had a nice taste not too strong or bitter with a tiny hint of the citrus calamansi. My cousins from the Bay Area were visiting for the weekend and wanted to hit up a local brewery. My in laws are from the area but my husband was never a beer drinker so we don't usually go to breweries. We decided to come on Saturday at opening time and Justin (the humble store owner) was kind enough to let us settle in right before opening. Our experience was so personable and informative! We loved hearing about the different flavor profiles and why each drink was made. We initially were drawn in through a Yelp photo of the pandan drink which was unfortunately unavailable when we went. We got the Mochi IPA, Lolo's, and the seltzer. All of which tasted good! The mochi IPA was on the sweeter side and my husband enjoyed Lolo's because of the calamansi taste.
