Dr. Vallejo-Craig was my PCP for a few years until she took an obvious dislike to me during an…read moreoffice visit because I had been on a pain med prescribed and followed by a pain specialist. She told me everyone abuses that medication and that included me. She accused me of exaggerating and lying through the whole visit. I thought she knew me, and understood us to have mutual respect. I discovered later, in reading her note from that visit in my medical record that she lied and misrepresented me, apparently to defend her behavior and prove me to be a drug seeker. She quoted me repeatedly as saying things I have never nor would ever say- including that I demanded pain medication from her, and lied and exaggerated. She documented fake details to make me sound like a typical drug seeker, including indicating that I was irresponsible with self care and health maintenance like dentist visit, physical, mammogram, etc. This was plain ridiculous as I'm scrupulous about regular health care and screening, and my last dental cleaning was the day prior! She went on to write misleading lies about our entire interaction. I've completely lost respect for her as a physician and as a person. I stopped seeing her and spoke to her very kind MA about it a few weeks afterward. She listened and validated me and that helped. However this experience of being accused, lied about and misrepresented in my medical record had a negative effect on my mental health and certainly caused me undue distress. I recorded every detail of this visit and a copy of her notes. I considered reporting her to her Practice Manager and the CO Medical Board, but decided not take the risk of her negatively affecting my relationships and earned respect in this medical community.

He is everything you could hope for in a pediatrician--kind, attentive, and incredibly thorough, with excellent humor which is pertinent in the care of others, especially children. He takes the time to truly listen, explain, and makes us feel confident in our child's care. Nurse Carli is a gem; so gentle, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make our little ones (and us!) feel at ease- even on shot days!! Truly the entire staff is magnificent! Though we have multiple pediatric offices just five minutes from home, we gladly make the 25 minute drive because we know we're getting the best care. As a parent and nurse myself it's been incredibly important to find an office that aligns with our values and beliefs (evidence based medicine!) and that trusts our choices as parents- I couldn't be more satisfied. We had no access to the portal, no way of contacting the clinic or anyone on the billing side to ask why our secondary wasn't billed. we had to eat the cost because of the lack of care for patients since Dr Pham left. we loved Dr Pham! finding a caring doctor for your child is so rare! im so peeved that we had to spend money here to avoid collections. this should be a crime.

I felt like she wasn't really listening to me, though she did take a significant amount of time during my appointment to complain about President Trump. She wanted me to know she is so anti-Trump that she goes to protests and Indivisible meetings, and here I thought I was going to Dr. Lisabeth Hall to get some medical advice. Who knew she was a political expert, too? This appointment was all about Dr. Hall, and I'm not sure why I was charged for it. I question whether she knows what she's doing - maybe it was a stalling method to hide her lack of knowledge. The office filed the first claim incorrectly and it has been an absolute nightmare since. I have appealed the claim ect ect and have received no help. I get a call this week that they are sending my bill to COLLECTIONS. Which messes up your credit even though THEY KNOW there is an ongoing issue. HORRIBLE OFFICE AVOID AT ALL COST. It isn't even about the money its the principal of the matter. There is 0 reason an assigned PCP visit should be my responsibility. Shame on you.

I was hesitant to book my yearly physical with this office as I'd had great interactions with the…read moredoctors and nurses in the past, but the man who worked the front desk for them years ago was very disorganized with their billing and created an insurance nightmare that myself and their office manager took weeks to sort out together. Despite that, I really liked the NP Heather, so I went ahead and booked the appointment. It had been about 3 years since my last appointment with them, so I was overdue. When I arrived at the office, 15 minutes before my visit, I saw that they had moved. I then walked back to my car and proceeded to call them repeatedly, getting sent to voicemail each time. I left several messages, letting them know I'd gone to the wrong office. By the time I finally located the new address, drove there, and walked up to them, it was 10 minutes past my appointment time. They refused to see me. I'd taken off work, called them, pleaded with the person at the front desk, asked to speak with the nurse - they still wouldn't see me. I was TEN MINUTES LATE. Their justification was that they emailed me in 2024 that their office moved - which went to my junk mail and sat unread all this time. I will never go back to this place and would not recommend anyone else trust them either.
