I got regular text updates from him personally throughout the process, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. When my build started to have issues, John took time out of his day on a SATURDAY to make sure I got back up and running. Seriously, it's hard to find people to trust these days, and the guys at Bruner's are outstanding, hard-working, knowledgeable folks that truly care about their customers. I don't fault them for that, and I appreciate the excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. There was one mishap where they were supposed to have texted me or called to let me know when my laptop was ready instead of emailed, but it's not a big deal. I appreciate it also that the staff were still being safe and wearing masks, plus there were other protocols in place including protective barriers. From the little bit of interaction I had, they appear to be savvy, professional, and compassionate. I definitely recommend them and will return if I need their services.
